Needs an elevator at each end of the building. I was last in room 402- 4th floor at the end of the hall which is a stretch of building. I could have parked at the stairs. However, I'm handicapped so I would not have made it up the stairs. I had to park by the front door and walk to the end of the building after getting off the only elevator to the top floor.

The comfort of the bed. The bathroom was fully stocked with towels needed for 2 days instead of me hunting down a property worker. Peaceful, able to focus on work. I arrived at the location early and was able to check in earlier as requested for $25 fee. However, was not informed of the fee until I arrived.

I don't like that the bath tub stopper didn't work that's irritating and I don't like that there is no free breakfast other than that I love this hotel!! Nice clean great comfy room and bed and nice staff!

Room keys did not work when we first checked in. But the staff was able to replace them and the 2nd pair worked.

A few dents on the doors shows some wear and tear on the room. Very minor, didn't bother me.

Room was clean and well appointed. It was quiet at night and I felt very safe here. Kitchen is a nice bonus. Excellent value, I would stay here again.

Hall carpeting had a very strong odor.

The WIFI was slow and not secure, as it was a public WIFI.

We stayed at Sonesta Suites for 10 days. We upgraded from a studio to a 1-bedroom apartment. We were glad we did. The apartment was extremely well organized with lots of space to feel comfortable. My husband and I liked the 2 chairs it provided and the oversized office desk. There was also ample room to store one’s luggage. The apartment was clean and the kitchen provided the basic kitchenware one needs to prepare a meal. Sonesta Suites is very strategically located next to the DART train station which provides direct connection to the airport to the west and downtown Dallas to the east. It was very quiet.

The bed was not too comfortable. People staying in close rooms were very loud.

I have never done so and I really don't want to, but I'm giving 1-star for almost everything because I had multiple issues and I couldn't get ahold of anyone for those issues. There was one nice staff member when I checked in (I wish I could remember her name. I remember she mentioned having a pink desk chair). The rest were jerks and didn't want to look up from their phones, let alone help with anything. Mostly, it was the fact that management/the owners didn't respond to any of my issues. The place itself is okay, but the lack of customer service is what made this a bad stay.

Almost nothing. The one thing is a staff member [I can't remember her name], but I wish I did because I don't want the awful staff members to get credit for her customer service. I only saw her once while checking in, but she was super sweet!
