Both gentlemen, Dakota and the overnight person, that I worked with at the front desk were great helpers! I appreciated their suggestions and friendly demeanor. The room was clean, clean, CLEAN! It was COZY, CLEAN, and COMFY! The hotel is located within minutes of Red Rocks. If you are going to a show or taking a hike, this is a great place to stay.

Card keys seemed to have trouble working, and our door only opened with the handle turned up. Took a minute or two to open whenever we returned to the hotel, but otherwise a great stay!!

Initial impression based on condition of lobby.

The location was wonderful, very convenient for Red Rocks. We were quite comfortable, the staff were very helpful and the room and linens were clean. The lobby area needs to be improved with plastic pipes and very small, made me nervous about staying there until we saw the room.

There was no breakfast of any kind offered. I was required to pay a $5 parking fee that I didn't see listed on the booking site I used. I guess this keeps others that stay or live nearby from filling up the parking lot but Sonesta could just give you a parking pass to display for the stay for free since you are already paying for the room.

The location was good and easy to navigate. Since it was a half a mile from the highway it was a very quiet place to stay. There are washing machines and dryers for your convenience and a small gym for a quick workout. The staff was professional and friendly.

Being on the main floor was a little noisy, could hear the upstairs guests walking around and coming down the stairs. Would have liked a broom for the kitchen space. A fenced in dog play area would have been fabulous .

Great location, close to a walking trail for the dog. Easy on/off to 6. Restaurants and grocery stores close by also. The one bedroom suite was nice, having a place to sit without being on the bed and spacious with a dog. Kitchen space has everything you need to make meals. Had treats and poop bags for your pet at check in.

Did not like I paid for room on line in advance for $304 was price paid. When I got there and checked on asked for ID and charge card I was paying on. Was then told oh never mind I see you have paid on line already and gave me key to room. I then the next morning seen a receipt sent to my email with a charge amount of. $590 which I will be calling to find out why ? Was never given any paperwork at sign in or check out . I will pay $304 quoted to me but no more if when I call and amount not removed I will call bank and have it removed for price I had already paid for online

Our room was very nice , clean, everything needed in room. Did not see anywhere or anything showing where we could get food. Had to go out every night to pick up something.

was quiet and clean. free laundry was appreciated. very helpful staff on every shift. comfortable beds and room kitchen had everything we needed. extra things to borrow in the laundry room was nice option for cooking. outside had a bbq deck that we did not use but was a nice added bonus.
