Breakfast was disappointing but overall I would book with them in the future. The rooms were very clean and kitchen was fully stocked. Came with a full sized fridge. I was very pleased.

Breakfast ends so early, no indoor pool, and it would be nice if checkout could have been later as well as a shuttle would be awesome!

Our fridge in the room froze up and quit cooking all the way. The garbage disposal in the room was locked up and still had food in it. Some of the dishes were dirty in the cabinets. There was piles of trash by the trash can in the hallway on the fourth floor when we checked in that stank really bad as soon as you got off the elevator.

The room was great had plenty of space for all of our group. The gym was very nice and clean. The breakfast area seemed to have plenty of seating for everyone.

Parking fees are $5.00 daily. The hotel is in the suburbs, not downtown and it's "first come first served" which means you could end up having to park way in the back of the hotel someplace, and parking filled up quickly daily. Breakfast hours are limited and different from what it stated online when I booked initially. On at least two or more different occasions coffee ran out, muffins or potatoes, or meat ran out, there also needs to be more of a variety of food added like fruits, and meats like bacon, different types of sausages, omelets, etc. My room itself was very dated and was pretty dusty. My sofa was very old and faded, the table had marks and dents in it, my toilet seat had old paint marks on it, and the tub had a huge ring around it upon check-in. For the area and price point, I would expect much better considering this area is very upscale. Check-in time at 4:00 pm is much too late and should be adjusted to an earlier time.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location around the corner from Perimeter Mall, Target, Cheesecake Factory, Maggiano's, Fogo de Chao, and many other retailers and restaurants. Train stations Dunwoody and Sandy Springs are very close if you are looking to head downtown to the Aquarium or an event versus driving on the interstate. My bed was comfortable and the room size was large enough for me. The kitchenette was nice but it took a long time just to boil water on the little stoveplate so I used the microwave mostly. To wash clothes you have to download an app and add funds to it. During my stay, all the dryers stopped working but maintenance was quick to repair them. The fitness room was great to use since it has a treadmill, elliptical machine, weights, and more. If you needed towels, washcloths, or toilet paper you had to go to the front desk as housekeeping only comes once a week unless you requested more often. The hotel was pretty quiet overall and had quiet hours.

The only thing that I disliked was that, for some reason, smells came straight into the room and would not leave. In the morning when my room smelled like toast, from the breakfast buffet, this was fine. At night when guests were smoking weed in their rooms, this was very unpleasant. The rooms are only serviced once a week, which is fine with me, except for dealing with trash. In the mornings, the hallway bins were overflowing with bags of trash from people's rooms, and in my room, I didn't see any replacement trash bags. So that's a nuisance, having to go ask for more bags. They need a better system for taking out your trash.

Everything but the two complaints I noted below was great. Room was comfortable, clean, mostly quiet, had plenty of space, and had a fully equipped kitchenette. (Even with a dish washer, although there was no detergent.) I'd definitely stay here again.

I requested our rooms to be on the first floor, even the second floor. Our rooms were on the fourth floor. I know you can't guarantee requests, but it doesn't seem like your staff even tried. I have sever back pains which are worst when I have to walk up and down stairs. I am severely claustrophobic and cannot get into elevators. I just don't feel like your staff showed any empathy towards my situation. Even if they could have given me my room on a lower level and the other room could have been on any floor, it would have been better than being on the fourth floor. It really took away from enjoying the property.

I liked the design of the rooms and enjoyed having access to a kitchen. The breakfast was okay.

The room looked dated, the pull out sofa was old and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I wound up not using it because I couldn't see my daughter sleeping there. Breakfast was mid. The highlight was supposed to be a pancake maker, which broke down the first day we were there and never got fixed. I really didn't like the fact that there was no housecleaning at all during our 6 night stay. I've NEVER stayed in a hotel in the US where I had to pay for parking, which wasn't in a downtown area. That seemed ridiculous.

The location was great for us. Staff were courteous and helpful. The room was spacious but not as big as I was expecting. The kitchen area was clean and well equipped. Heating and hot water were good, shower was fine.

Breakfast on the weekend until 9 am, make it at least 10 am. $5 parking daily when there is more than enough space, never had a suburb hotel charge for parking before.
