I didn't like it due to the renovations, the pool and the gym being closed. During the week, I heard the workers renovating the next door room, but the hotel did send me a note saying they were going to do construction work. So I appreciate the heads up and tip for the prevention of excess dust coming into my roo

I liked the room I stayed in. It had other utilities I was not expecting like dishsoap and utensils for cooking. I also liked the layout and the open windows on the top floor. The staff was so friendly and helpful that it made me feel very welcoming.

The room was a bit cramped with the couch's bed pulled out. When I booked, the pool was open, but when I checked in, the pool had been closed due to renovations.

The room was a comfortable size, with plenty of lighting, and the kitchen was well stocked.

Even with construction going on, the place was very clean. The room was clean, comfortable and beautiful.

I knew when I booked that the pool was closed. It seems the entire hotel is under renovation. We came in for a 90th birthday party. Family from all over the US was at the hotel. I had stayed here before and knew there was a lounge area where we could meet. It was boarded up. Outside seating area filled with boxes so we could not meet there. I'm sure it will be nice when finished.

Check in and out was easy. room was comfortable. breakfast choices were nice. I appreciated the fresh fruit assortment.

The bathroom could use more light. It was very dim. The breakfast could have more 'alternate milk' options. And we didn't have breakfast options on one of the days.

Room was clean and spacious. Loved that we could control the air. Bed was comfortable.

The incidental fee is $150..like WHAT!!? They refunded it the same day, so that was good but GEREEZ... Also, the water in the shower was SOOOOOO hot!! I like hot showers but I got BOILED! They're currently switching over to a Hilton, Good luck!!

Everything is new, new carpets and flooring. Hotel is being renovated.

The worst thing is cleanliness. The sink, toilet, bathroom floor... There were neither shampoo, nor conditioner, nor shower gel in the containers.

The possibility to have your own small kitchen. The beds are comfortable.

the toilet was dirty in our room which doesn’t match the reviews i’ve seen of the rooms cleanliness and the dispensers in the shower were empty no soap or shampoo.

i liked the amenities and the staff was extremely nice i was able to recieve help from all staff.

Room had a funky smell to it like something was cooked in the suite and the smell lingered for days. The vent to the AC/heat unit was disgusting and need to be vacuumed and cleaned

Room service is every 4 days we stay for 4 days they where cleaning that day i left i did put towels outside every day i least to have replaced and trash went i came back towels where not replaced i have to call every day to get clean towels stay Room need to be i least remove trash and replace towels

Due for some updating. A fresh coat of paint and some new carpet is needed.

All staff we encountered were very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Minor inconvenience, one of the cooktop burners wasn't working. The bathroom vanity had a bulb out. Facility was clean and staff was friendly. Dresser space was limited to side table drawers, 1 moderate closet and a shelf under the entertainment center/desk. I prefer to unpack into a dresser during my stays but it was acceptable for the duration of the trip.

Included breakfast is a huge bonus as the location, while convenient for travel does require you to drive somewhere if you want breakfast which is limited to fast food in the area. Clean, fairly spacious room

Our first room had a leaky toilet. We were moved to another room which directly under the construction. We listened to hammering and drilling every day, even on Christmas Eve. We have had better stays.

Close to everything, decent breakfast (although I would have liked to see some muffins and pastries.

There was no heating on December 09th, 2023 in suit 425. It was very cold and when called reception since it was too cold to sleep, was asked to move to a different room at 2am since no one is there to fix it. That was disappointing
