No breakfast options. bathroom needed some minor repairs as toilet moved. Not sure the last time behind the bed had been cleaned. No stool or seating available around the breakfast bar / desk area for eating food aside from the office chair.

Room had a great kitchen for self catering. Hotel was located in a lovely and safe setting and in Uber distance of downtown Nashville. Plenty of parking. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful

The wooden panel below where the kitchen sink is wasn't attached to the cabinetry and the plug in the shower didn't work properly. Once I knew those things, they weren't a problem. Evidently, the last people who stayed in the room didn't bother to fill out this survey.

I seen that it was a pet friendly hotel, so i already came prepared with my own cleaning supplies. In short, my room had a pet smell. But that was expected, my suggestion hard wood floors.

The price was great for what I needed, The room was large and spacious. The kitchenette was equipped, although I did not cook, but it would have came in handy.

From 2-4 am I could hear someone running in the room above mine. Kept waking me up.

Floors were dirty, especially the hard floors and the closet floor. Staff were nice, but nowhere to be found at checkout.

Suites were nice, comfortable and clean. Property and rooms seemed dated. Modernization would be a good start.

The luggage carriers were very dirty, & the drawers in the kitchen were dirty. The toilet was singing, but an employee replaced the piece that had worn out. The elevator broke down for a day or two, but a helpful employee carried my groceries up 2 flights of steps with strength & cheer. Everything looked old & worn, but the staff said that in 2024 the hotel is going to be remodeled. I will wait till it is remodeled before staying there again.

I was on the first floor. The walls are thin, and noises from other rooms were very clear, from both adjacent and above the room. The door at the end of the hallway has a card reader but was permenately unlocked, which seemed like a safety issue. There are no amenities at this hotel, so it's not ideal for vacation travel.

The room was nice size and clean. It was a 1 bedroom queen suite. The front desk staff was friendly. Located in a business office area with restaurants and a grocery store nearby.

People vaping in their rooms was so bad that it filled the hall with bad smell.

No breakfast is available at this location, but is not a problem.

The entry was “under construction”. Not very welcoming. I’m sure it will be fine once it is finished being upgraded.

Oh my…didn’t get off to a great start, as I walked in and out of two rooms on the 3rd floor and back down to the front desk saying, “No way!” The first one had torn weather-stripping on the door sticking out as you came in, and torn carpet, with sticky “stuff” all over the bedside table. The second looked promising until I looked in the bathroom and there were small pieces of white wall plaster all over the floor and a puddle of water around the base of the toilet (the seal was broken). Front desk clerk Killion was mortified—said that it was “Francesco’s fault,” that he was my age and not as lively. So, he started searching his computer for another option, found one on the 2nd floor this time, and went up to inspect it personally before sending me back up. 3rd time was a charm (and I might mention that in all my travels around the world, I have never refused a room—let alone 2!). By the way, after the second “no go,” Killion said “I’m going to comp you!” Well, when I checked out, I wasn’t surprised to see that nothing had been changed from the total I had expected—not even a token amount for goodwill.

Quiet, extremely comfortable bed, great shower head/fluffy towels, easy little coffeemaker, with complimentary coffee provided in room.

Property was dated and needed an major upgrade. Cabinets were worn and the dishwasher did not clean dishes.

The lobby and 1st floor appeared quite worn. Although it appeared some repairs were in progress (ceiling), it did feel like the property was making a good attempt to keep it clean. There was a glitch when checking in to a room on the 2nd floor, but we were actually happy to be re-assigned a room on the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor looked in need of a deep cleanse, and the door to the room there looked like someone had attempted to jimmy it open.

It was close to the Baha'i Center, where our meetings were held. Very convenient to drive there. Loved that coffee shops were nearby, and other stores were right on the route between the Sonesta and the Baha'i Center. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and were quick to respond kindly to a small snag in the reservations. The third floor was bright and clean, an our room was also clean and appeared to be freshly painted and appointed. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen facilities were great!

The pet fee was not refundable. No pool. The staff was not helpful. I asked for coffee creamer for two days and finally Monday morning it was replenished in the customer laundry area. In addition, I don’t believe your cleaning staff knows how to correctly use a duvet. The comforter should go inside the duvet cover. The cover should not be laid on top the comforter.

The area and location was good. The bed was very comfortable.
