Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great breakfast with a good variety of food. Airport shuttle is readily available as well, and it is only 10 to 15 minutes away from the airport!

The pool/spa was disappointing. I understand it’s only May but algae coated the entire spa. I pointed it out asking if they good treat the spa to make it useable and although they skimmed the top, it still was filled with algae

There were a few ants in the kids' bathroom. The last day, the ants showed up in the kitchen. The last day, we smelled a strong odor of smoke and marijuana from a nearby room. The power went out one night, and we were awakened by a chirping smoke alarm, and it got stuffy but we were glad the power came back on by morning. Wish there was an oven. Had trouble boiling water in the large pot on the stovetop, but it worked better with the smaller pot. Could have used more utensils. Found a pair of old socks next to my son's bed that were from a prior guest.
The rooms were large and suited our family well. The two bathrooms were nice to have for the whole week. TVs in each room were convenient. Wifi was good. The kitchen was great. Breakfast was consistent and convenient. Beds were comfortable. Location was fantastic only a five minute walk to the BART station. Airport shuttle was convenient and easy. Friendly staff.

The bathroom doors in the suite we stayed in didn't lock very well. It wasn't an issue for us, as we could all tell when it was occupied, but I could see it turning off other guests. There was a lot of noise bleed from other rooms, especially above us. The ongoing construction in the morning was loud, but, as we woke up early to get breakfast, it was not a major concern to us. The biggest point for our party was the breakfast times felt very limited/closed quite early compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Big ups to the staff for mentioning the times, otherwise there was a very real chance we would've slept through it entirely. Ending breakfast service at 8:30am does feel really quite early compared to other hotels.
The suite was spacious and comfortable to stay in with my family, lots of space to chat while still having some opportunity for personal space. The hotel shuttle was on time and efficient, the breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options, with everything that ran out being replaced quickly by friendly staff members.

Wonderful hotel suites, fully equipped, so close to the airport but no noise, great friendliness by the staff. Couldn’t have been better when arriving late and for a short stop!

I do wish there were electrical outlets closer to the bed to be able to charge electronic devices while being able to use them while in bed. As it was my cord was just barely long enough to reach the side of the bed while still allowing me to use it while lying down, but not sitting up.
The breakfast provided was quite good. I appreciated the opportunity to check in early. The airport shuttle service was very convenient.

The room was very nice We were overcharged by $100 when we checked in, with no explanation. I had to call the front desk and ask several times before they corrected the amount. The breakfast was pretty bad. Powdered eggs I think and bad cheap meat, but it was free, so I guess beggars can't be choosers! ha/

Customer service would do with some improvement.
It was a great size apartment with kitchen, parking onsite. Good location close to the airport without the high cost of being at the airport. Close to close highway and shops close by.

Our apartment was upstairs, a bit inconvenient for our heavy suitcases to carry with no elevator available.

Booking.com did a dirty trick where they gave us the final price as $380 .In the confirmation email -in small barely noticeable text they said that 14 % tax is excluded from the final price.Please do not misguide customers as such. Again breakfast could do with more variety for the foreign traveller. No lifts -so was difficult to move our bags.
The room was superbly spacious-almost as big as a flat.My entitre family loved it.
