The location of this property was great. Also loved that it had a kitchenette with full fridge. The separate bedroom from living room is also a great addition. Almost like a mini condo.

Receptionist not at all helpful and became stressed when asked about accounts. Insufficient tables/chairs and poorly designed breakfast area. Light touch room service very poor and did not expect to make the beds 8 days out of 10. Not what I expect when on vacation! Not able to get a drink before 14:00 hours
Room good. Breakfast better than expected. Happy hour good. Environment lovely. Free parking. Location excellent given the proximity to local shops and restaurants.

The location was ideal. Staff were friendly and attentive. The pool and landscaping were like a desert oasis. The happy hour and breakfast were a nice surprise and high quality (for free food).

Confusing stair locations for access to courtyard or from parking areas.
Nicely appointed rooms, daily breakfast buffet, happy hour drinks & snacks, and heated pool. Hotel location near shopping is excellent.

United States of America1 review“The facility was nice, clean, quiet.”Like I said above, the fitness room was small but functional. Having seen other cost options while we were in the Scottsdale area, the Sonesta Suites was a slightly higher price point but within a fair range.
Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. We were expecting just muffins, juice, coffee but found out that the entire spread was available. Fruits, yogurt, granola, breads, bagels, cereals, eggs, sausage, tortilla shells and all the fixings, pancakes, French toast, bacon, coffee’s……very good and a great surprise Enjoyed he Hot Tub after hiking or running The workout facility was small but functional. Need a bar to hang from for full stretch The grounds were well kept The staff was great
