Friendly helpful staff, close location off the highway (with that brought a lot of road noise), clean, good hot running water for showe.

TV didn't work. Bed had a wet stain . Bathroom door didn't close. Mold in bathroom. Other renters were rude and had no respect. Dirty floor. Dirty walls. A little paint could go a long way.

Affordable price per dog. Nothing else is likable.

Needs renovations and fumigating... didn't appreciate having to kill spiders. Some paint would improve appearances. Bathroom door had a hole kicked in it at some point, not exactly reassuring for an older woman travelling alone

No breakfast, Rate was definitely reasonable. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Had a new bar fridge, and microwave. A/C once on was great!. The bed was comfortable and internet speed was good

We needed somewhere to rest as we were driving from Indiana to DC. This place was…tired. The bathroom ceiling had moldy spots, and the room felt dirty. We slept on the bed, and that was it. The surrounding area also felt a bit sketchy. I am just glad that my car was still in one piece the following day.

Dirty bedding, large wet spot on floor from water running down wall. No one available at front desk to move our room. Man tried to get us to give him a better review by offering us money off next trip

The front desk staff lies. The room was disgusting, chew spit on the pillows, stain on the bed and no AC. The room was 100 degrees when we entered. We were promised a refund since we checked out 5 mins after check in due to the disgusting conditions, bathroom mildew and dirty cracks everywhere.

I believe it is family owned and it was very clean and quiet and the family's son was so polite even carried my bags to my room.

Worst smelling room I have stayed in, in the US. The heater didn't work. While soaped up in the shower, the water completely shut off. There is no vending machine ,no ice machine. While turning my key in, I levied my concerns and was essentially ignored. Later that evening I received a call from the hotel owner, not to apologize to me but to cuss me out and inform me that I would no longer be welcome at their hotel. As if I would ever return. The worst hotel/motel experience I have ever had.

The room we were provided had a large pane glass window for the front exterior wall, this was shattered and held together by tape, the ac unit pushed warm air into the room, the door lock did not function, the room was dirty and there were holes in the wall
