4th floor view was fantastic. Really roomie. Hallways smelled fresh.

The location is fantastic. Hotel staff went above and beyond expectations. Rooms are very spacious, well stocked and clean. Hotel is within walking distance of multiple restaurants. We will definitely be back for our third stay.

United States of America10 Reviews1 helpful vote“Despite the confusion over checking in, it was a very pleasant stay and we will stay again.”The office is on the third floor of the building but there are literally no signs on the outside of the property that give clear instructions on where the office is or how to access it. I had to call the property twice upon arriving to get directions on where to go to check in.
It was clean and the staff was friendly. I never felt unsafe and there was a Waffle House and seafood restaurant immediately next to the property.

The smell was overwhelming so we were not able to relax on the balcony one of the nights were there. Once back inside the condo we couldn't hear or smell anything else. I don't fault the hotel for this, just something we experienced
When we arrived to the room we noticed it was a bit warm and quickly realized that the unit was not coming on. We notified the front desk about it. They sent a worker to look at it. After about 20 minutes of him trying to fix it with no luck they promptly changed our room and brought new keys up the room. Very smooth transition to second room. Everything was very clean and fresh. Bed was very comfortable and linens was very clean and crisp. Free Breakfast was delicious and the offerings were well maintained. Drinks in the hotel bar were very good and the bartender was very accommodating. Location of the room was great! Since we changed rooms we got to see both sides of hotel and we Enjoyed the views and balcony. We haven't stayed here before and didn't know what to expect but we will certainly be back to The South Beach Hotel!

It's my 2nd time staying here at this hotel. Everything was great. Although it was a lil 🥶 and 🌬 plus my first time experiencing an ocean drying out in the morning hours, the family still had a nice time with plenty to do.
