The location, on a quiet stretch of Cocoa Beach with direct access to the beach was stunning. The whole set up is perfect for a getaway at the beach. The apartment is on the small side but perfectly adequate for a couple or 3 persons. The bed was comfy and the kitchen and bathroom satisfactory. Outside is a charm. A decked seating platform, a tiki hut and a covered dining area on grass. The beach is accessed through the dunes and you needn't worry about finding space to sit. And a whole roomful of beach accessories are freely available. Joy. And if Space is your thing there is an uninterrupted view of the launch site at Cape Canaveral.

I was very apprehensive about this motel due to the price of it. I read a lot of reviews before booking, and I did not see one bad review! Traveling 15 hours from home, with children, is never easy! Especially when you are staying somewhere new. I was not sure what to expect, but this motel exceeded our expectations. Yes, it does look to be a little outdated.. but the quality/price ratio was great! Steps away from the beach. Kitchenette. Clean. Spacious. We will absolutely be back!

Excellent location - the beautiful beach is right there! Great retro vibe. Great value. Use of umbrellas and chairs for free was nice. Pet friendly.

The bath tub was clogged and the neighboring vacationers were loud.

The bed every time my husband turned I bounced. The floor was dirty and it wasn’t from us because we took our outside shoes off at the door.

I like it was so close to the beach. I liked they had seating areas outside the room and a table outside to sit at. The staff very friendly and accommodating. All in all I’m happy with my choice of staying with them.

It's a little run down, but the manager said they are planning on renovations in the upcoming year. Very nice people.

No breakfast, but the location is good! Storage not too far away and the motel is right on the beach.

Love the location, right on the beach! The 1 bed. Units are roomy, well supplied. The staff is all really helpful and friendly. There are things inside and out that could use some attention but overall we love it. Stayed many times.

This place is a diamond in the rough. An incredible spot right on the beach. Super friendly staff. Family and pet friendly! I couldn’t have been happier and will be coming back next year.

Loved the location. Quiet, no traffic and close enough to touristy area if we wanted to go to it. Loved that dogs could walk out to grass area and beach. Beach felt private and was amazing. Saw a shuttle launch from the beach as well. Good view.

It may be the time of the year but it felt dim and slightly damp in the apartment.

Had we been there on the right night, it would have been possible to watch a rocket launch from the end of the property. The property is right on the side of a busy road but this was not apparent when in the room or the grounds. The beach is just at the end of the property and very handy if you want to go and play in the surf.
