Reception! A couple of the staff were really nice but the others unhelpful and rude! The blonde haired girl needs to find a job where she is not customer facing as she is very rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. A smile costs nothing dear!

Location is fantastic with just a short walk to Ocean Drive and the beach. It’s spacious and very clean.

There was nothing to cook with in the kitchen, 4 knives and a fork. No coffee maker and the oven was broken. We and others had to ask for the things and finally got so we could cook. We were not allowed to change towels or sheets during our 8 day stay. We didn't get any more soap, shampoo or toilet paper for 8 days. The window in the shower was transparent. No lift and a narrow staircase up to the first floor. Some staff were not so accommodating and ignoring.

No towels provided despite requesting them 3 times. We had to wait 3 days for towels. No cups or crockery provided. Again we had to ask and when we received it the crockery was not clean

- personel - it’s really hard to get any response on booking/phone. Even when you are already there and try to contact the number that she left on the desk, nobody answers or texts back. For few days we were trying to find out if we can check in earlier. No response and even when we came, nobody was there before 3pm for early check in - no hairdryer - leaking shower (it was not broken but something went wrong in construction work phase) - no hanger/shelf or anything to put clothes on - no glass or cup in the room although you have microwave and working induction

We didn’t know we had to carry (6) suitcases up flights of stairs. The room was very hot and stuff so it made it uncomfortable. I reached out about the concern and never got a response back. We even left thinking when we came back it would be cooler NOPE. They had no extra trash bags or dish washing liquid to wash out glassware before drinking out of I went and bought some.

The place was decorated nice and location the was great walking distance to a lot of places.

No elevator... I was on the top floor with 3 suitcases. The kitchen did not have cutlery, cookware, dishes, glasses, or paper towels. Daytime staff bored and ashtrays always on cell phone. Garden was dirty, fountain not working.

There was no elevator!!! We had to walk up three flights of stairs with our luggage. The floor in our room was sandy, not clean . The kitchenet was not well stocked. Little to no dishes or pans for cooking. The air-conditioner was Loud and struggled to work. There was a big Beautiful tub in the room that we were told "we could Not use" !!!

We loved the location. Within walking distance to clubs, bar's, restaurant's and the beach!!! Pretty much everything

they only take cash so if you’re not from the US make sure you have enough to pay when you get there. no daily cleaning service - have to ask for toilet paper and bins fill up quick w/no service during your stay to be taken Poor bathroom facilities - water is cold and low pressure, was fixed to luke warm

You have to pay cash only when you arrive at the property (no notice on booking), no towels in the room when we arrived, the mattress was nasty, no security at all - anyone could just walk into the building. Walls are really thin and you could hear the neighbors talking and the smell of marihuana coming from their rooms. Our room was facing the street and the noise from outside didn’t let us at all!!
