The room was awful! The mattress was saggy on one side, the bathroom/shower had mildew all over and a hole in the ceiling. There was no stopper in the sink. We spilled something on the floor and wiped it up, the cloth was BLACK when we finished! There were roaches that scurried out from behind the TV, which should probably be replaced. We were awakened several times by the noise in the ceiling, and people carrying on outside. There was no continental breakfast or coffee, ever! The parking situation was so bad we prayed there would be one left for us when we got in. Would NEVER stay there, not would it be a place I would recommend to anyone!

Suzanne was the best part of the stay. She was courteous, helpful, bright and cheerful.

The staff was actually amazing, which shocked the s*** out of me, to be honest. I am used to being treated a certain way by the majority of hotel/motel owners/staff in all areas of Tucson, and I must say this stay was nothing like those. I had a great experience and a lovely stay. The staff treated me with respect and kindness and i will absolutely stay here again in the future!

There were holes all over the room, paint missing from some of the fittings, stains, smoke/cigarette burns on the mattress and all of the cloth. Killed 5 cockroaches during my stay. Door handle was finicky.

The Area. Lol Sketchy but yet humble neighborhood. It doesn't matter where you come from where are you are going it's a Melting Pot of everything in a very forgotten part of Tucson.... THE PEOPLE THERE WHERE GREAT. I HAD A WEIRD BUT FUN TIME.

The showers and sheets hadn't been cleaned because there was hair all over them. The room had cockroaches and bed bugs. There was no remote for the TV, no towels, or other toiletries, and the door didn't work properly.

The area is rough. The parking lot is very small. The rooms have roaches as well as sheets and bedding had stains and cigarette burns holes everywhere. Would not recommend staying on the bottom floor because you can hear every movement from upstairs.

No soap & shampoo....even no small sample size. Need extra towels. I wished there was a small breakfast area to sit & donuts & better coffee.

The staff there now is amazing!! I loved the woman who works nights and the manager is super cool!!! The rooms are getting better as they are renovating them. The manager has a great personality that made the trip so relaxed and comfortable!! I will definitely be goin back every time I get a room here!

Pool was closed. Not much of a pool, which is why I booked there anyhow. Air was not working when I got to the room. Getting that working was a pain to deal with. Busy road, noisy from closed room. Mattress wasn't very good. No box spring. Bathroon towels really old and lame. Lighting ok. Inexpensive but not a good value considering that I had other options in Tuscon.

Great location for my needs. Fridge and microwave nice, didn't use or need.
