The facility itself was a bit dated. I would imagine that would be why they are currently going thru a remodel and apparently some rebranding.

The staff was friendly and courteous. They took care of any requests almost immediately. The restaurant staff was very courteous but seemed to be overwhelmed at times.

Our room! Very nice- big! 3/4 size fridge/freezer. Had a 2 burner cook top but no clue if working? No cookware, dishes or silverware! Remote for TV was picky-even had guest services to help but ? Still hard to change Chanel’s or volume! Phone in room did not work.

This facility is remodeling. But breakfast area was well protected. Breakfast was very good! Top selection of food and served hot and fresh! Top rating as breakfast for any motel.

Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, but our room was nice and clean. Maybe post on the website that the pool is unavailable due to construction. Travelers with children choose hotels because of pools, as do I.

Breakfast had not a big variety, only the basics. Fruit would have been nice. Therefore price in general was a bit too high.

The TV in the breakfast area was playing inappropriate content but it was changed as soon as we asked. There was construction going on and it was a bit of an eyesore. They don’t tell you upfront, but these rooms are motel-style walk-ups but the area was generally pretty safe. The rooms were still staged well.

The breakfast area was well-stocked with hot food. Their restaurant is EXCELLENT food-wise but a little pricey. The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean but they were out of the basics shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We had to go to the front to ask for them.

It was a problem with a noisy heating system but it was fixed the same day. Thank you.

Breakfast was good and we could chose difefrent foods every moorning. Fruits, good coffee, pankaces, oatmeal etc. Room on the corner was spatious, coffee maker, good coffee, big shower cabin. Location under palm trees and well preserve environment was inviting. Welcome drink on the house and super steaks in hotel reaturant were a true bonus.

The Pourhouse was in disarray when we arrived. A towel in the bar, lightbulbs in light fixtures burned out, NINE remote controls for the tvs, which all had tape around them. The remote controls did not match the TV numbers. The TV picture quality was terrible. We asked for club soda, and the bartender could not get her soda gun to work, so she had to leave the bar and go elsewhere to retrieve it. Not sure where she went. She was nice, but looked like she was just trying to hang on by a thread. I have the paneer tikka masala, which tasted like it was canned product. The chicken fingers seemed homemade. The onion rings were super greasy. Our food was served without any calorie, and we had to ask for it. The whole place just seems like no one really tries much…. Or maybe they try but just don’t have what they need to do the job right. We also got a room with the kitchenette, but there were no pots and pans, cutlery, dishes of any kind. Not even disposable stuff. Kind of hard to use a stove top when you don’t have a pot. There was also not a table at which to eat. The shower went cold this morning while using it, but came back on in a couple minutes. Overall, not completely terrible, as at least it was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly enough, too.

The room was spacious and clean. It had a nice, oversized “mini” fridge. The sheets and towels were good quality.
