I aleady said above..

my room was not able to be cleaned, then on one evening, I returned and found no parking. There were several cars with no piece of paper indicating they were not staying and had to park across the street..I was not HAPPY!!!.Its apparent you do not monitor the parking lot, and so why issues those papers with the #s..You dont use them...to say the least I was pissed!!!!! As I On both evenings, there was trash everywhere...around the outside of the pool area..looks like no one from the hotel staff cleans up..I ended up cleaning up myself..the beach was the same...trash here and there.. well what do you expect..there were not Trash cans around...oh yea....going back to my room...I had a Lake view..well, its alittle hard to see the lake with cars parked in front of you...ALL WE SAW WERE CARS!!!.. We were very disappointed and we have stayed here several times and it was the worst...Oh yea...dont forget when I wanted a cup of coffee to go and was told..they had no "To Go" cups...really..talk about poor planning.....that was my stay..not very good..not for the money I spend!//Almost forgot...we ate the Boat House..the food was good...I will give you that...but the service sucked!!...they were understaffed...Once seated, had to wait for drinks, and menu...we dont mind waiting, but it was clear you did not have the staff in place...the management team needs to really sit down and figure this out..everyone behind us was getting really pissed...

I wish every room could have a parking assigned it was hard for us to find a parking. Also it mentioned that their is wifi throughout the property but we were only given our keys when we checked-in and no instructions on how to get on the wifi. I tried to join a couple of times but had no idea what the password was.It wasn’t that big of a deal except my phone had terrible reception in our room so having wifi would have been nice.

It’s close to the beach, I was clean, not too loud. It was very family friendly

Upon checking into our room, we found three pills on the floor and noticed the bathroom floors were dirty. The pool was dirty and not cleaned during our stay. Towels weren't replenished until after the pool opened each morning.

The location and view of Lake Tahoe are wonderful. The firepits and nightly S'mores are an added treat. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Daily room service isn't offered, but we were able to get extra supplies from the office as needed. The beds were comfortable. Parking was convenient. The atmosphere was lively and fun. We had read the noise from the Tiki Bar was loud, but it ended every night at 10 pm and didn't affect sleeping.

I had someone come into my room at 6 am who had a key. Not hotel staff. A random guy . Front desk just blew me off when I reported the incident.

The manager's attitude. She was shouting one after other, while I was checking-in and gave me a room with no lake view, althought I had booked for partial lake view. They did change our room upon request. NO BREAKFAST IS SERVED HERE, unlike what has been mentioned in this website.

The location is quite good. Its attached to the beach, so you could enjoy the sunset.

Awesome location! Right on the lake, nice beach and minutes from casinos. Seemed under staffed and some seem interested, some were great.

The rooms are pretty small and there were a lot of people smoking the magic dragon all around the property which makes the whole place smell like skunk. And all the AC units pump in that smell at night when your trying to sleep. Had to go out on my deck every night and ask people to please move away from the building to do their smoking. All the rooms have outdoor entrance which I am not a big fan of. Also you have to request house keeping and even then the last day we were there we got a text telling us it was unavailable that day. No offer for any type of refund.

Rooms not very clean, crowded with charges for everything and have increased dog fees and early or late check in. Some staff seem under trained.

Staff should be a little more friendly, especially when checking in, and we were there in plenty of time. They told us to text. They would text us when ready, and we had to wait till 4 PM to let them know to check us in..

The guy sitting on the reception on Saturday Night (9th July) was mean and rude. We needed water urgently at night, he didn't help, instead he started cracking joke. No sorry, nothing. It was very inhuman and impolite attitude. I wish they had better staff in the reception.

I liked the location. It was near the beach. The view was amazing and the beach was very nice too.

The hot tub was freezing cold. I was definitely looking forward to that and was not able to use it. The parking was tough. There were so many people that were drunk and fighting. My purpose was to watch the firework show. We were sitting on the beach waiting for the show when we realized we couldn't see it from the beach. We had to move over to the dock on the other side of the boathouse. It was tough to see because everyone had to move over to the dock and you could not sit or see over many of the drunk people.

I loved the location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. I enjoyed the music on the beach. I also loved the firepits and the smores. The staff was friendly.

The Wi-Fi is really bad which sucks because I kind of rely on it since my Verizon isn’t that great out there. I also wish that it was a little bit more upgraded.

I like that the beach is easily accessible, and it’s close to the center with all of the shops and restaurants

There is no room service unless you request, no breakfast, no toiletry but one small soap, no microwave, small room for two queen beds with no actual table( only a very small table about 12x6inches) the ceiling in bathroom was peeled off. After you book in and pay, they send you a text an email to pre- check in and let you know there is an extra $35 daily for resort fee which is not ok.
