Walls are really thin. Cleaning staff started vacuuming in front of our door every day at 08:10a.m. ...! House rules are pretty strict, but understandable with these thin walls. The pool is too far away for a spintaneous swim. Everything else was perfect. Thanks for the stay. :-)

Big rooms. Amazingly comfortable beds. Even the sleeping couch was great. Price was ok and parking in front of the house. Next time NOLA I'd book it again.

But no staffing around, nobody at the reception. My hair dryer was defect, the duvet was not covered and internet connectivity was a struggle. Over my entire stay 5 days there was no room service. On the weekend in can get loud in the lobby and in the neighbor rooms.

The living room was poorly furnished. One small couch (more of a loveseat) when the apartment has 3 bedrooms so you’d imagine decent size families or multiple couples would be staying there and want a place to sit and converse. We found our downtime in the apartment to be difficult to spend with each because of the lack of seating. The bar stools at the island were not a comfortable alternative.

The property had a good set up, comfortable beds and the kitchen was well stocked with the typical kitchen items. It was a good location and walking distances to a lot of things but not in the crowded part of downtown.

Only had one coffee mug for me and my husband to share first day. No fork or sooon to stir coffee in studio. No wash clothes at all. First shower and NO body wash in glass dispenser. Other than that I spent 1 hr on phone trying to get someone to help us. Finally got someone to help us go in a different room to get what we needed to manage for 24 hrs

There is NO security at night which is scary since the area is not the safest, it's a bit loud, and when people shut their door in other rooms you can feel a loud bang on your door which woke me up (and scared me). The room IS NOT cleaned during the stay.

the room is huge and well-lit. All the amenities are new and comfy. big plus: they provide a silken cushion for your hair! The coffee provided is really good and there is a microwave.

The beds were extremely soft and none of the 5 people in our group enjoyed them. They felt like a hammock instead of a mattress. We also had issues connecting to the internet for the first few days which was annoying as some of us were working remotely. This was fixed after some back and forth conversations with the hosts.

The location is right next to the conference center. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is a really nice plus. The kitchens were stocked with essentials (plates, cups, bowls, coffee, filters). There is also complementary laundry + laundry detergent in the building.

The way the room is set, there isn’t anything that separates the bathroom from the bed. There are mirrors but not as much privacy as you think.

I liked the safety.Where we were, there weren’t too loud of noises. We were able to get some guest services from the first floor.

I let the staff know that a curtain fell off the roller, they said that it would be fixed in the morning and no one came or called.

Last evening/night I had a child and somebody else running around, jumping or whatever on top of me. That was for almost a couple of hours and I was glad that it just happened the last evening. The room with big window: was woken up two mornings by garbage removal. It was difficult to use the TV’s.

Location, coffee in apartment, access to coffee creamer, coffee, toilet paper and so on. Easy to check in and out! Loved the communication device on wall. I checked out the other place with a swimming pool and thought that was a great place to go.

Parking is my only complaint. It appears that it’s a problem throughout New Orleans. But it was annoying. Valet at your facility being $42/day is outrageous. We ended up just paying for street parking through the visit. It was fine; but, since they do have spots in a parking lot, it would’ve been nice if it had been included with the apartment; or, at the very least, cheaper. Hell, we would’ve been happy paying the $42/day IF the parking lot was SELF parking (not janky third party valet) AND had full in/out privileges (even if it was only between certain hours, i.e. 9am-9pm).

The room was super nice! It was very clean and well organized. I loved the decor and design. Having a Smart TV and a white noise machine was awesome. Dimmable lights were super cool; and, the view was amazing! Location of the property was great; walking distance from a lot of places. Also, pricing was very reasonable for the room. Quiet building as well.
