Only complaint to speak of is the smoke level in the main entrance gaming area, is overwhelming at times to us non smokers, a better air filtration system would be awesome and make whole experience of South Point better.

Room was excellent and greatly appreciate the non smoking feature of it. Wish the filtration system did a better job diluting smoke on main entrance gaming area but is nice to bowl and stay in same place for easy transportation of equipment. Also, thought a couple more places to sit outside would be nice to be able to enjoy a break outside, but if homeless cause an issue with that I fully understand. Nice variety of places to eat is good also, whether wanting a quick meal or a more sit down experience to choose from.

I called for more towels and pillows and only got the pillows. I even asked the house cleaning lady for more towels and she did not put any in our room. Had to call a 2nd time to get towels.

REGISTRATION DESK IS A LITTLE FAR FROM THE ROOMS.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS FOR THE PRICE. CASINO WAS BUSY BUT EVERYONE SEEMED TO BE HAVING A GOOD TIME. WILL DEFINITEYLY STAY THERE AGAIN AS THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME.

The slots did not pay anything much. Very poor payouts. Also, did not like the amenities in the room. Not enough towels for our four-day stay (had to ask for more), soap was lousy, lighting in the bathroom was horrible, and hairdryer was not working very well. The view outside the window was of the trash in an alleyway!

Loved the restaurants. Food was great and reasonably priced. Water pressure was good and the shower was nice.

The only bad experience we had was at the poolside cafe. The bar side was wonderful! But on the side where the food is served the server would take one person's order and then walk away and cook a bunch of food and never come back. I went in there twice thinking the first time was a fluke and I waited at least 5 minutes each time and I know she saw me because she said hold on a minute and then walked away and never came back. Unfortunately I didn't get her name

This was an impromptu trip for my daughter's birthday so I didn't book too far in advance yet for a minimal amount we were on the 12th floor in a room overlooking the pool with floor to ceiling windows! It was absolutely amazing! We had room service and the prices were very reasonable! And we ate dinner at the Prime Rib Restaurant and it was absolutely delicious and beautiful and great service! Check in was easy! I like the size of the hotel. The pool was wonderful!

The smoke in the casino was terrible! Couldn’t stay long in the casino.

Had a couple of dirty used towels handing on the back of both bathroom doors when we got there, not a good feeling! Also, the wood floor was a little unsettling as we had furniture movers above us. It went on for a good hour or so which was truly irritating, but was quiet during the night.

We stayed at Southpoint when it first opened and was a great deal of course! Now it is a little over priced, but I understand all the amenities are there for families and such and you do not have to leave. Coronado Cafe was excellent in both service and food. Don Vito's was awesome and again with service and food. Gaming was pretty reasonable too!
