The smoke in the casino was terrible! Couldn’t stay long in the casino.

Breakfast buffet was very good. The cafe was excellent! Bingo was fun.

Had a couple of dirty used towels handing on the back of both bathroom doors when we got there, not a good feeling! Also, the wood floor was a little unsettling as we had furniture movers above us. It went on for a good hour or so which was truly irritating, but was quiet during the night.

We stayed at Southpoint when it first opened and was a great deal of course! Now it is a little over priced, but I understand all the amenities are there for families and such and you do not have to leave. Coronado Cafe was excellent in both service and food. Don Vito's was awesome and again with service and food. Gaming was pretty reasonable too!

Noisy neighbors preventing us to sleep well.

Very clean room away from elevators. Some neighboring guest quite nosy in the middle of the night not showing courtesy for others.

Not enough handicap parking for the facility size. We had to set an alarm and go move the car closer for handicap parking which was always early morning and quite inconvenient as I have medical issues and shouldn’t be walking far.

The “all in one” of the hotel. We would definitely recipe d this to anyone visiting Las has. We wanted to be away from the “strip” but still be close enough to go there and this hotel fit the bill. We will definitely be back!!!

The room was very clean. I liked the hardwood floors versus carpet that is in most rooms. The big windows were wonderful to see outside and let a lot of light in.

This Hotel is hands down the best place to stay while in Vegas! We loved everything about it, but that there were in hotel 11 choice restaurants, very friendly staff, our room was exceptional!!!, the valet parking, the safety...We will be back and have recommended Southpoint to all our family and friends!!!

The billing statement was confusing with the applied deposit,room charge for each day being different amounts. I have to actually go to my billing statements to figure this out.

Great shuttle service. The room was roomy and clean and the restaurants that we used were well staffed and great servers. We like coming to South Point.

The room was pretty dim, and the windows were tinted. Im sure this created a certain ambiance, but for makeup purposes made it hard to see and I personally enjoy natural light during the day. The place would benefit from more ventilation as it has a strong smell of smoke. While the staff wasnt rude, I felt they could be more friendly and welcoming.

The room was beautiful, clean and very elegant. Loved the kuerig in the room and the spaciousness of the room. This was the first time I've had complementary slippers and that was such a great touch! Beds were super comfortable. Good food places inside along with an enjoyable movie theater.
