Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The door was very stiff and hard to open. Needed some WD40 or replaced. Bathroom very small. Everything could use some attention as far as paint, tri., etc.
The staff was friendly. The beds and chair were comfortable.

No luxury, only neccessairy things. As correct for the price of the room. Nothing to see or do in the surroundings. Near highway
Beds are very comfortable. Everything clean and well looked after. Surprisingly good breakfast!!!

We were there overnight and didn't have problems
This is an older motel with friendly staff. Our room was freshly painted and clean. If you are looking for a clean room to sleep in and a place to take a shower, this hotel serves this purpose. They had breakfast in the morning but we didn't go into the breakfast room. We would stay here again.

This isn't the fault of the hotel, but there was a shooting and a foot chase by the police right outside the hotel. This isn't a great area.
The fountain was really pretty and unexpected. The lady who checked me in was very nice.

Bathrooms need some attention, beds was hard, and parking not that great.
They cleaned the room everyday, booking online we had no issues checking in. The lady was kind that checked us in. There was no dope heads hanging around and no un supervised kids running about

It’s near the Fed Ex flight hub which has 400 flights a day The 4am -5 am take offs were constant and very loud

As we travel with our dog, the motel asked not only a $25, which is normal, but also asked for one hundred dollars cash deposit for the dog. My question is, who actually travels with that much cash today? We have travelled extensively with our dog and have never been asked for a deposit before.

Motel located in inattractive industrial area (but safe and not noisy). Seemed a bit worn, but not shabby. Breakfast was lacklustre; there was toast, fruit, yogurt, sausage patties, biscuits, but coffee maker wasn’t working.
Location near Memphis (about 1/2 mile south of TN/MS state line) off I-55. About 15 minutes from Memphis airport. Price good compared to Memphis, but was quiet and seemed safe enough. Breakfast was Spartan; but there was toast, fruit, yogurt, sausage patties, biscuits, but coffee maker wasn’t working.

The front desk person wasn't that friendly and the staff at breakfast seemed to be non-existent. The breakfast was pretty mediocre and there was nobody around to check we were ok with everything.
The location was good for visiting Graceland (our main purpose for staying there). The room was a good size.

Was close to Stateline and there was lots of airplane noise in the night between 1-4am. The breakfast itself was nice, but the breakfast room was very noisy. People were coming and going and slamming the door.
We liked that the pool was just front of our room. Pool area was pleasant. The cleaner was doing a very good job, kept the room clean. Also the front desk person was very helpful. The location was very good to both Tennessee and Mississippi direction / close to 55 South and North. The breakfast was nice with several options.
