We are a big family of 7 and could have used just a couple more towels and wash cloths.

Easily accessible, comfortable accommodations, well stocked with all needed kitchen items linens and bedding needs. Also, although we did not need this stay, stocked with beach supplies.

Not really a problem but, no restaurant nearby or on the beach, there is a small pool restaurant but it was closed, could be because it is out of season but it's only a short ride to the beautiful European village with lovely restaurants and a bar.Flagler beach lovely ride down the A1A with free parking about 9 miles away.

Absolutely fabulous condo, excellent condition and very clean. An elevator to the second floor and also, very clean. Everything provided ,pots and pans, Glasses, coffee cups,dinner plates . Beautiful seating area . The patio was beautiful and lovely rocking chairs, clean grill, overlooking the golf course. The 2 pools we visited Were fabulous, clean tables and loungers. One pool overlooking the most beautiful beach... everything absolutely 1st class...you won't be disappointed! Every you will need for the beach is also provided, their beach chairs were in excellent condition, beautiful towels too. I can honestly say , this condo was the best my husband and myself have ever stayed in and definitely 5* Communication with the owners was excellent too, thank you Joe , really appreciated your help one day!!

There is a $3.00 toll to get over the Intracoastal. It would be nice to know that upfront though it didn't impact my impression of the stay. Unfortunately a tropical storm came through so no beach time

The villa is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. The location is lovely!

Everything about our stay here was perfect. Owners have carefully thought out every amenity for a pleasant visit. The condo exceeded our expectations, I loved the beach decor and it was obvious that much care, thought, and good taste was put into the overall design. Beds were super comfortable and everything was spottfully clean. Above all, we loved the private beach where we spent many hours. What's left to say other than...it was wonderful!

Just a personal preference but the front room with the king bed has a light outside for night time. Even with the blinds drawn the room is exceptionally bright. It's darker in the day time then at night. Would recommend window tint or blinds /shutters in addition to the room darkening curtains. Again, personal preference.

The only thing I would say if ppl are looking to go in the beach be aware there are rock in the shore ..I did not mind just a short walk north or south ma d found sports to get in the ocean with my daughter ..I will stay there again 😁👍🏻👍🏻

Exceptional condo ..I was looking for a relax ..layback short stay ..we love it ..morning walks to the beach w my daughter and my pup..splash in the community pools..play in the kids room at the community home ..the condo super clean, beautiful decor and comfortable..

It was a beautiful community, but more suited for a low key, relaxing vacation. We had to leave the area for more family fun activities, aside from the pool and hiking. It was a great home base for beaches and activities along the Atlantic Coast.

The Condo was beautiful, and perfect for our 2 families (4 adults & 4 kids). It was relaxing, and a great end to our vacation. Jennifer and Joe thought of everything; from laundry facilities, to kitchenware, to beach outings. Instructions were placed strategically, and easy to understand.

The condo is large and has plenty of space for 6 people(maybe more). It was clean and has everything you need. The balcony has a great view and the grounds are well kept. We love the location and the community. It is quiet and beautiful. The two pools are easily accessible and fun for all ages.
