Cold pool, also far from the strip to far to walk. I'm 56 with bad arthritis. Stake that into consideration. What's bad for me might be just fine for you.

Tv in living room volume was stuck on a 100 at max...had to wait 2 days for staff to bring a working remote..pool was ice cold. The property is pretty far walk to the strip where restaurants where etc.beach was close just a short walk. The property basic the apartment was very nice has two balconies very relaxing. I side was decorated cute also very relaxing. Had everything we could needed was comfortable and clean...I would recommend this apartment.

I was very disappointed that the property was listed as having 2 beach chairs and an umbrella and even showed the picture in the listing. There was no such thing and I emailed and called and asked if we could get 2 beach chairs and an umbrella and no one ever returned the call.

Everything was comfortable about the property. It was updated, quiet, very nice!

My only complaint is that we didn't realize we were on the third floor until we got there, and we had a lot of trouble with the televisions.

Location was excellent, facilities clean, nice pool, not too crowded.

The A/c didn’t work/get cold while we where staying there so it was hot in the house.

The condo could be a little more taken care of. The screen door was hanging on. The closet door didn't work. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. We called but no one got back with me.

The condo was spacious and the location was very close to beach. Just a walk across the street.

The washer dryer combo was small and not sure it actually washed clothes well. The beds could be a little better. I was told the couch slept real nice...couch, not pull out bed part. TV in master bedroom had internet problems and couldn't connect so we could watch TV, but we took our firestick and used it, so that solved the problem. Husband did complain that TV was basic free channels, but I don't have a problem with that cause I don't really watch TV. The pool needed shade BADLY but that has nothing to do with our personal condo...it is the property. It looked like the shade structure on the building was rotten and taken down. They need to repair that and give guests umbrellas to use around the pool. Its gets hot out there and some of us don't need to be in the sun long...sunburn...sizzle, sizzle.

The condo was nice and better than a high rise. Parking was great, parked right in-front of room. No waiting for elevators. Quiet part of town. Beach access a quick walk across the street. Grocery and Dollar General a quick drive away. The pool was small but that's perfect for us...I didn't have to chaise my 6 year old around from pool to pool like other high rises. The grounds and pool were clean too.

The only thing we did not like was the moldy shower curtain it definitely needs replacing

The condo was excellent for the price point! Parking was right at the stairs up to the unit. Beds are comfortable. Unit is decorated nicely. Overall it was a great stay!

the TV in the bedroom didn’t have a remote that worked. we had to take the batteries from the living room remote to work it. some of the kitchen cooking utensils were dirty so we had to wash them before using. there was mold on the ceilings and walls from the AC vents need cleaning or replacing. there were no beach chairs for us to use which was a bummer. and some of the towels need to be replaced because they looked dingy and yellow even though they were clean.

we liked that it was right across the street from the beach access/entrance. we liked that it had a patio in front and back. we loved that it had bunk beds for our 2 boys to sleep in. the kitchen was nice too newly remodeled.

It was all goo but the Thursday night when the men coudy coner from u upstairs had a party and there was like 15 people out there fighting at 2am and woke up my kids and we call cops and thay didn't even come

The doors were hard to open and shut.
