When we arrived I went to the front desk and the guy there wasn't very helpful. All he said was all your instructions are in your phone and left. It was bit confusing at first. Once you go to your room, your pool braclets and parking passing are in the room. Parking is right across the street. The receptionist wasn't much help explaining that either. The only thing that drove us insane was the fire alarm went off twice in one night. My kids just went to sleep. It was around 1130. I called the reception desk in my welcome text to confirm if it was just an accident or if I needed to evacuate the building, he didn't know. I ran downstairs (8 months pregnant) with my kids and aunt still sleeping to check. There were fire trucks outside. I had to run back up wake my kids and bring them outside. This went on for about 30 minutes. The alarm went off again at 3:30 AM.....

The location was great. The condo was nice, the bathrooms a little outdated, but it was nice to feel like you were in a home versus a hotel room. Plenty of towles in the condo. Detergant, soaps, shampoos, dish Detergant was all provided. Small packets, but it was enough to get my family of 5 through a few days. It was very clean!!! I didn't see one bug in there! It is literally on the ocean. Best view ever. It was so nice just drinking my coffee on the balcony every morning! The beach was never overcrowded, which was perfect for my three kids and myself since I am 8 months pregnant. We walked to breakfast down the street, dinner, shops, grocery stores, Starbucks, Ben and Jerry's. The location was great!

A couple of the doors were broken, we couldn’t close the door to the guest bedroom and also the laundry door was broke so it was kind of loud when we did laundry.

Very close to our main attractions. Access to the beach was great. It felt very clean.

For the money, I was expecting the building itself to be in better shape. There were grates outside that smelled like sewage every time we exited the building. There were bugs and hairballs in the hot tubs, and the lazy river was impossible to get into during the day because of only a few tubes and a ton of kids. There were signs EVERYWHERE, with so many rules to follow - it made everything feel a little punitive.

Our rooms were very nice and comfortable. The decor was modern and clean. The pillows were so comfy, and there were plenty of towels, etc. It was nice that they included dish soap, laundry soap, and more. The location was amazing - you couldn't get any closer to the beach or the boardwalk! The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and spacious, too, and there was a nice amount of storage available. We were even close to the elevator, so it was like our own personal elevator all week. As busy as it was, there was no noise coming from outside or other rooms. Very relaxing!!

The on site staff. Since we were booked apart from the hotel, we were not offered information on parking pre check in and had to pay 26$ times 2 cars a total of 52$ to park publicly while we could have parked across the street for free. Our inside door knob came off and I contacted the front desk and when the maintenance man got to our room he did not fix it because it was not under his contract. I contacted booking and some other person repaired it. We were treated differently and I was worried that in case of a dire emergency we would have to wait due to the staff on site.

I loved the location and the reps that I spoke to on the telephone who would educate me on what was supposed to happen during our stay but it was not true.

Electrical outlets need replacing, most of them were so loose they could not hold a plug in place. The Bathrooms ones were ok Light switch in kitchen and bathroom 1 needed to be turned once it twice before getting full light. Should be easy fix though.

Clean, updated, televisions in each room, balcony, dishwasher, fridge, large microwave, stove, ice maker, washer dryer, coffee maker, all in perfect working condition. Quiet and cozy inside.

I did not like that I was not informed of the floor of the unit beforehand. My family enjoys a unit on the 5th floor or higher. We were placed on the second floor. I also did not like that I saw a cockroach in the unit which made us paranoid about other potential pests. There was also a leak onto the kitchen counter from the sink sprayer. Room 251

I did like the location as well as the oceanfront view from the balcony.

- The wifi didn't work well in the bedrooms - The window of one of the bedrooms did not give enough privacy as it is just next to the hallway. We closed the curtains all the time.

- Proximity to the beach, restaurants, groceries and the boardwalk entertainment. - The kitchen appliances were new - There were enough towels and toiletries. - The apartment was very clean.
