The bed was too firm for our liking. Had to get a mattress topper to be comfortable. We get it though, you can’t please everyone. That’s really all that we didn’t like about the property.

The location was convenient. The pool was nice. We spent a lot of time in it. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. Enjoyed the balcony. Had all the kitchen utensils, pots and pans that was needed to cook. It was nice to have toilet paper and garbage bags in the facility. We had questions and check in and how to get in. We got answers quickly. That made everything go smoothly. Thank you.

Not that we didn't like something, but to make it more comfortable, the beds would benefit from having a mattress protector, bathroom can have more hooks and a small cabinet, and kitchen could have a bit more utensils. A small drawer in the bedroom wouldn't hurt. Still, a nice quiet place.

Spacious, clean, good location, close to everything - beaches, downtown, attractions, stores. Very good directions from the host. Nice firm enough beds, good kitchen with enough supplies for small family, large TV, washer and dryer. Wi-Fi was good. Very quiet development. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. There's a pool, but we didn't use it, though it was one of the reasons we chose it.

Second floor unit (not owner problem)! Could have been more towels as well as supplies. Had to purchase paper towels and trash bags. Only there 3 days shouldn’t have run out of paper towels if had been full roll. No trash bags at all!

The living area was not as nice as it could have been. Small TV, uncomfortable couch, that space could definitely be improved. The coffee pot was only 5 cups, and didn't have a basket, that could be improved.

The condo was clean, in good shape. It was far away from any road noises, so QUIET, which we really liked. it. Teh location is excellent relative to the events we had planned for Mother's day (restaurants, parks, stores, etc).

It really was a spacious unit, which usually pictures are deceiving. Actually place was nicer than the pics. Owner was very straightforward, easy to work with. Couches were nice, beds nice, 2 bathrooms and 2 showers!

the building is old and with a lot of dog dirt on the stairs. we had to wash all bedding before using them, as they were dirty and smelly. Our feet were sticking to the floor because they used too much Fabulous type product and it stuck to our shoes.

The smoke alarm started beeping periodically at 5:30 am. I contacted the host, who said he'd replace the battery. I assume he did. It started at 5 am the next morning, beeping every 30 seconds, until I got up to try to disarm it, but it was hard-wired. The battery is just a back-up in case the electricity goes out. Fortunately, when it was hanging from the wall by its wires, it stopped beeping, but I was wide-awake by then. Being awakened like that so early on vacation is very bad, in my view. Things can always go wrong, but I think the owner should have offered a discount when it happened both mornings given the $230 a night spent. I also sent him this when we left: "GM, Luke -- We're gone. . . . I think you need a new smoke alarm. Being awakened at 5-5:30 both mornings was very unappreciated. Your directions were excellent, which I appreciate very much. Three other notes: 1) the coffee maker doesn't have the basket one normally puts the filter in; 2) the "hot" water was all but non-existent, but accessible if run for a very long time; 3) the towels had a lot of lint on them, so you likely have a dryer issue, too." He said he'd look at these things.

The host was responsive, and gave excellent directions.

There was nothing we disliked about the property

It was very clean and spacious and had a lot of the supplies and toiletries we needed, already there. We were able to buy groceries and cook food ourselves. There was a grocery store and several others stores less than 5 minutes away. It offered us so much space which is so much better than staying in a hotel. My family and I totally enjoyed our stay here. This place was very much beach ready and a true beach home, and it had a pool outside for us to enjoy. The host were also available if we needed them. They accommodated us by allowing us to check in early hours of the morning which was awesome. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would love to stay here again upon our return to Siesta Key.

Views from porch and deck had some junky properties to look at.

the pool area was GREAT, views from second floor questionable Great area to get from place to place, grocery stores and restaurants close by. Close to beaches and great pool. It was very quiet.

I think there was a little damage due to the hurricane, but we saw groundskeepers cleaning up and mowing.

we just left the pool area, didn’t need to go to the beach. Pool was just great.
