My sister and brother n law slept up stairs and you can hear everything from the tv and them walking around the rooms other than that it was a great place to stay

The bed was my favorite I normally wake up with back and neck pain but I slept so good

The biggest disappointment was the hottub. It was "working," but the jets were barely working and and it had a strange smell.

Beautiful view and location! Kitchen well equipped. The living room had even had spare blankets. Fireplace was easy to use.

The basement apartment and location of the hot tub. I'm glad no one was in the basement or the hot tub would not have been private, and it's a long walk from the top floor in the cold to get to. It needs a better location and / or maybe curtains around it for more privacy. There were not enough paper towels in the kitchen for a 3 day stay considering there wasn't a dish cloth to wipe things down with. And no potato peeler. Other than that, I had all I needed it was very well equipped. Not knowing how to control the thermostat! I've never seen one like that before. King bed mattresses are not too comfortable.

It was a beautiful, clean home. Just minor details listed below did not suit me. But you can't please everyone .over all it was very, very good.

We never figured out how to use the shower head in the the master bedroom en suite.🤷‍♀️

It was so beautiful and relaxing! We had in laws fro dinner 2 nights, and they fell in love with it.

Wooden chairs without foot pads so there was alot of noise when moving around dining table and upstairs table.

Loved all just one small note putting the address into my GPS lead me to the back gate and by chance we followed another vehicle in and got turned around in the community a bit looking for the Main Front Gate. Maybe in future give that address/street in addition to the home address.

All about the booking was great. The entire process was great and accommodated my family. This home had everything we could have needed for our stay. We even enjoyed the neighborhood black cat as my son absolutely love cats. Convenient and quiet location to all the attractions

Did not like that the downstairs connects to the house and I never read online that it was a shared home. I also could hear when they talked , when they shower and when the TV was on. For that reason, I would not rent this house, unless , I would go with more ppl to rent the whole house. Lastly, the sheets were not changed downstairs. So , I had to wash them bc they were stained from previous guest ( that’s where the washing pods came in handy!) The couches were stained and old. I know there’s not a perfect house, but other than thouse 2 issues the house was PERFECT!! I would rent again if I can rent the whole house.

Amazing location only 5 min from the water park and downtown Helen! With a security gate and security until 11 pm. I loved how quite this home was, how spacious the house and clean the house was. This home literally had everything including shampoo, conditioner ,toothbrushes, cotton balls , cute tips. . Towels for the the jacuzzi, condemints for food, coffe and even foil, and sandwich bags, etc. I also loved washer and dryer room that had a sink and she even had pods to wash ur clothes that was a plus!! Everything u can think of a kitchen and bathroom need. It also had 3 full bathrooms!! And u can sleep 6 ppl. I also loved the swing outside and all the big and little rocking chairs. I give this house a 4.5 star!

The location rented out the lower level of the property as well, so there were strangers beneath us during our stay. Worst of all, we rented the site due to its having a hot tub, but the hot tub was on the porch of the lower level, so we were unable to use it. That was the biggest disappointment.

The listing describes this property as the whole house. It is NOT. While you get the main floor and second floor, the basement is available for a separate fee which can be accessed from a door in the kitchen or around back. The MAIN reason I went with this cabin was because it had a hot tub. Unfortunately, as we felt a bit deceived about renting the "whole house," the hot tub was equally disappointing as it is located outside of the basement apartment. If you are not renting the basement apt. to get to the hot tub you have to go out the front door, around the house, down the large sloped driveway and around back of the house. Plus its shared with basement neighbors as its located right outside their door. Not feasible to go in at night after putting the kids to bed and just walk right out the back door and still being right there. The one time we did use it during the day, there was some guy working on the basement apt so that was a bit awkward being in the hot tub with him literally right there. The couch was very uncomfortable and felt like it was sloped...very strange. Not great for sitting around the fire and playing games on couch. Some random knobs missing from cabinet and coffee table which kind of dated the place.

The location was perfection, super close to town and security to get in seemed tight at the gate which made us feel comfortable. Loved that there was a pack n play for baby and a high chair (though safety wise the seatbelt was cut out). Beds were super comfortable. Felt the place was pretty clean overall. Loved that it had a fireplace that was super easy to use.

I wish they had a way to get to the hot tub from the inside. We had to walk around beside the house in the rain but I really didn’t mind this was the only thing I could think of that I didn’t like the stay was fantastic
