Nowhere to leave bags before 3pm check-in. Could do with a few more things in the kitchen (water glasses, saucepan with lid). The shower was also dripping very noisily, but I've mentioned this to the owner so hopefully it'll be fixed for the next people.

Everything looked wiped down, except when we stepped barefoot on the floor, after we removed our shoes by the door, we realized the floor was dirty.

We liked that the accomodation included a secure parking, and we can come and go anytime. The beach is less than 15 minutes walk from the location. It was self check-in and check-out. The instructions provided by the land lady was precise.

The light fixture in the bathroom is in terrible need of cleaning on the top. There's literally about an eighth of an inch layer of dust quite visible. Also, the shower curtain has areas of black mold and mildew. It's really noticeable at the bottom. Clorox Bleach Foamer Spray would be really effective. That or just replace the shower curtain periodically. Apart from that everything else was just fine.

The AC was ice cold.

Because it is an older building when there was high winds they turned off the evaluators to the upper floors. For 3 days we had to walk up 13 flights of stairs. Our room was in the 33rd floor and the elevator only went to 20th!

Location was great. Room was small but very comfortable, amazing views from all windows.

One elevator was out of service, and the elevator that did work only went to the 17th and 20th floor on 2 of the days due to high winds. It was a good thing this place is on the 14th floor or I would be livid climbing 20 flights of stairs just to get in and out of my room. Because of the slow elevator and slow parking garage it did take a while to get in and out of the room. The lights above the kitchen only worked about 20% of the time, they were on the same switch as the lights above the bed, not sure why they didn't work, but it was plenty bright without them.

Good location, and good price. Free parking is a nice touch, even though its on the 5th floor of a parking garage that is quite narrow to drive through, much of it is only 1 lane wide. AC works well. AC is pretty noisy, but that doesn't bother me at night when sleeping, did a good job of covering up any road noise from below. There were two sets of bars with keys on them, took me a minute to realize I was at the wrong set of bars.

Toilet had a terrible sewerage smell in the morning, but noticed this at our Hilton Hawaiian village stay also. Shower was hard to use as there is 3 taps and you had to just keep turning all of them until you find a decent temperature. Cooktop barely boiled a pot of water. Not oven, but did have a small convention oven. Cooked our pizza 1/4 at a time. Could do with a spruce up to modernise it, but I'm not too fussy, so not terrible.

Great location with a short stroll to main shopping centres and Hilton Village. Bed although probably a double not queen was like a cloud. So comfortable. Alot of appliances to make your stay comfortable, and not having to eat out at night saved alot on money especially as my daughter and I are Coeliac. Didn't swim in pool but the spa was great for the evening relaxation. Overall very happy with our stay, would definitely recommend, and would stay again.

Place was clean on the surface but really needed a good, deep cleaning (baseboards, shower tile grout, floor, refrigerator, etc. Drapes were very dirty and stained. Pillows were lumpy. Jacuzzi bubbles didn’t work.

Location was good. Basic supplies were included in price including a towel, dishes, cooking supplies, sheets.

The elevator is horrible.one has been reported to not be functioning for years. Several times, it took more than 10 minutes to have it arrive. Often, when it did arrive, it was full, and another wait ensued. Only 1 of the 2 worked and the only "working elevator" was broken for an entire day, so we climbed 15 floors down to get to our rental car. The hot tub was broken for the entire stay. The tennis court is in disrepair. There was only 1 grill hidden behind the hot tub, and it looked dirty. Water sprinkler broke at 1:30 am, and we had to evacuate 20 floors due to it setting off the fire alarm and then, because of the elevator issue, had to climb the 20 floors back up after having climbed down them. Condensation leaked from the camera in the elevator on anyone squished underneath it. Also, the elevator is extremely loud and sqeaky, making banging noises that can make sleeping challenging. The sliding window was a safety concern as anyone could go from 1 room to another room by walking across the concrete ledge with no safety bar to keep anyone out. So we rarely kept the window open for safety reasons. A safy grill should be put in place, although that would obstruct the view.... NOT an issue in our room, but many other renters in other units reported issues with roaches. Waiting for the elevator was aggravating due to no air conditioning in the hallway. However, in the lobby, the staff had no problem keeping it very cold for themselves. They were also rude and vague about when the hot tub part would be arriving and be fixed (which it never was). No hot pads in the unit for cooking, no basic spices, no auto dishwasher detergent, and a full-length mirror would have been helpful as we needed to get ready for a wedding. Overall, our room was great. However, the building is in desperate need of repair. Recycling containers for plastics and pop bottles would have been appreciated.

Our room had a beautiful view, and the condo management was responsive. Free parking. The water pressure in the shower was great! Codo staff brought a gift to apologize for the inconvenience, which was very thoughtful. The room size was accurate, and the beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom was pretty.

The whole building had 1 working elevator for 40 floors so there were many times we waited close to 10 minutes to get off our floor. Or had to walk up or down 11 flights of stairs. Light sleepers beware- I’m assuming it’s the elevator- makes a very loud knocking noise at pretty much all hours. It was hard for me to sleep even with ear plugs in. Small like really small shower. Shaving your legs is almost impossible. Tv was frustrating. Satellite tv was spotty at best and we could not get the roku tv to connect to wifi so we could stream.
