The cleaning fee and resort fee here were pretty expensive, but the property is very well kept -- good condition.

Great location, near downtown Cocoa Beach and many restaurants. The apartment was spacious and clean, with well-stocked kitchen, laundry closet, and bathrooms.

The only problem we had was minor as we could not figure out how to lock the sliding glass door to the balcony. We all tried to lock it but could not get it to latch.

While breakfast was not included there was numerous places very close by to have breakfast. The apartment was large and very nice. We had plenty of room for the four of us. We really appreciated having the two full bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the decor' was interesting and well done. We found numerous helpful items provided in the apartment for our use while staying there from a coffee maker to bath supplies and much more. We wished we could have stayed longer and plan to try to book at Spanish Main next time we need a place in Cocoa Beach. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the pool looked very clean and nice.

The sargassum seaweed that was on the beach. Obviously, it's not the renters' fault, but you may want to check the status before you rent at ANY Florida beaches right now. That was a huge bummer. Again, not the renters' fault, and I would absolutely stay at this place again.

Nice quiet location. Great little restaurant within walking distance. The place was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked with everything you'll need for a day on the beach. We did get rained in one day, but the place was big enough for the family to hang out comfortably inside.

The bed in the master bedroom was rather uncomfortable. Some of the faucets made noises. If we decide to return with our family, we will try to find more updated units. As a suggestion the condo association as a whole should consider installing a couple destination chargers for those of us that drive EVs.

Property location on the beach. We also liked the size of the condos. The condos were well equipped with basic needs. Spanish Main is near very good restaurants.

The bed mattresses were not comfortable for me at all. Had to use physical stretching and medicinal means to get started after waking. 😒However as I get older I seem to need a firmer mattress so it could very well be comfortable for someone else just not for me.

The instructions we received from the host were very clear and concise no confusion. The condo was very clean and inviting with lots of lighting. Mostly all of the in-unit amenities we needed were provided. Was very quiet no loud guest at night, everyone was very respectful of each other. We also loved using a code for entry, it meant we didn’t have to be responsible for yet another key😊

The water and the mattress

Our appartment was super clean and lots of beach gear was provided. It was spacious and nicely furnished. The only minus was the mattress ...but I am not easily pleased if it comes to sleeping. Don't forget to bring your drinking water because the water in this area is horrible. Would book this place again. Great for families. Easy check in and check out

The main bathroom still had hair all over the sink and a load of towels were left in the dryer when we arrived. We cleaned both bathrooms and rewashed the towels, folded them and put them away. Nothing too big that we need to contact the owner about. The main bedroom was very spacious but the bed was not too comfortable to sleep on.

The condo was beautiful and spacious. So much room for all of us. The couch was very comfy. The views from our balcony were the absolute best. Loved the location of everything. Shopping, restaurants, beach, peir, and attractions were all very close. The owner was very informative and nice. Overall, a great spot to come enjoy family time.

The only downfall was the room wasn't super clean, it wasn't dirty though. Room across from elevator a little noisy. Place could use a little update.

The place is essentially a full apartment. Kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a dining area in an open plan. My family only stayed one night so it's not really what the place is intended for. If you are staying for a week, or a few days it would be perfect, being able to cook breakfast, etc. I would highly highly recommend for extended stays. I mean even my one night stay was great. Didn't get a chance to scope the pool, but beach location is great. Lost 1 star because it's more of an Air BnB than a hotel stay. So some very small maintenance was asked such as bringing the rubbish out. But that was a very little inconvenience.

Excellent location just 2 minutes walk from the sand on Cocoa Beach. A variety of restaurants within 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. The property is on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator, and is very comfortable for one or two couples or a family with children.
