The facility was just fine and we enjoyed our room. Only 2 things come to mind about the hotel. It was a little difficult to find as we went down to the end of the lane. In addition, nowhere on the outside of the building did we see a name. Only saw Spark on the wall when we entered the lobby. And, there is an ad claiming free parking, however we were charged $10.

That it was shabby and in need of refurbishing. Somewhat austere, but provided at least the very basics…clean, hot water, comfy beds/pillows. Looked very old and run down in some spots. In need of an overhaul.

We had adjoining rooms and the second room had no electricity along one wall - lights, plug-ins, etc did not work. We reported it immediately after check-in and then left for dinner. It was not fixed when we returned late in the evening and didn't finally get fixed until later the next day. Since we were only there for two days it was definitely an inconvenience and it was frustrating.

The facilty was clean and attractive, the rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. We actually played games in the lobby/breakfast area one evening since we had a larger group and it provided a great space for that. The breakfast was adequate and good. I suspect that it was less than it would be during prime season but we were there in January and there were very few guests so I felt like the breakfast options may have been limited compared to other times. The staff was nice.

No coffee pot or cups in the room which was a bummer. Sometimes it’s nice to not have to get showered and dressed before getting coffee. The shower water wouldn’t heat up. No do not disturb signs in the room. I don’t like having to go to the front desk or lobby for everything I need.

It was close to the beach, bike trail and it was pretty clean and comfortable. Love that it was dog friendly and the reason I picked that hotel.

They do the maintenance job but didn’t warn the guests of water interruption. I’m brushing my teeth and yet found out no water is running. Its good we have bottled water.

The facility is old need to upgrade but its clean. The hot breakfast buffet is good! The price value is fair.

The bathroom vent is somewhat noisy and runs continuously until late in the evening and then stops. There is no control in the bathroom for this fan. It’s a minor annoyance but not enough to prevent me from staying there again.

The location is close to the beach. Just walk behind the tennis courts and directly across the street is a neighborhood pedestrian path that leads directly to the beach. The walk takes about 7 minutes. Housekeeping was excellent, and also the facility’s on site staff did a great job.

Motel needs to be renovated, starting to look a little tired. The $10 a day parking charges probably a little much considering there is free parking everywhere else.

Booked a room for 3. There was one chair in the room. THere was ample space for more seating in the room. Had to bring the one chair in from the balcony to have 2 chairs. Pool closed at 8...why so early? Paint peeling on doors. I expect much more for $240 nite.

The breakfast is very good. Lots of options. All the staff is excellent Super friendly and helpful.

The new $10 per day parking charge for a below average parking lot. The charge was listed but it was hidden. Bring new it should have been highlighted. My room was wrong and it took to the second day of stay to get corrected because I was told by staff that they could mot do anything because I used the 3rd party vendor- Booking. Told I had to call Booking to get corrected. Hotel manager made correction on the second day of stay. He seemed a little annoyed by my request to get what I paid for. Was made to feel like we were wrong to use Booking to schedule stay.

We had stayed in the past so we knew the location was good. The breakfast was decent. The facility was clean.

when we enter to purchase the room that we reserve this guy sounded rude and was making us feel scared because our card was declining. on my bank account it said payment in process, we got two rooms we reserve for a friend of mines and the payment went thru and payed his room on accident and it didn't payed mines so we had a little accident, but the guy got a little impatient and scary he didn't seem nice. you can feel the tension.

let me be honest, the breakfast was really good! They just have the same thing again again and again for the whole week, which i got bored of eating. They had scrambled eggs, sausages sticks, tater tots, and biscuits for the main solid food. they also had cereal, yogurt, waffle maker with toppings, juices, coffee, and granola bars and fruits. FOR THE WHOLE WEEK! anyways the room was clean and ok, i was shocked by the beds they were small. but everything was good. the pool was nice too!
