You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Absolutely everything. I love that Hilton has entered this market. If Spark by Hilton Midland South is any example, they should be extremely successful. Hostesses were very friendly. We received a “goodie bag” of two bottles of water and a snack. The room was immaculate and very well cared for. The bed was superb. And the price, well, the price was amazing. Hilton quality shone through. We will definitely seek out Spark hotels when we travel again.

United States of AmericaThere is really nothing bad to say about this place. We were very pleased with it.
This is a nice hotel and the staff was very friendly. They are going through a remodel but all of the construction material and equipment was placed in a safe area away from hotel guest and I feel that all efforts were taken to minimize the mess. The staff was very nice and warned us about the construction and took every measure to make sure we were informed and safe.
