The grounds could be a little more inviting. The hallways leading to the rooms need painted, the fire extinguishers cabinet doors need replaced and some do not have glass on the front. it seems that one of the two elevators has been no operational for a very long time. underground parking is great but needs to be cleaned up and painted. There’s too much unnecessary “stuff” stored there.

The staff = Awesome! We love Patty in the office. She is extremely professional and helpful. much appreciated! Also, Patty, whom oversees the dining area, is helping and professional. The maintenance and housekeeping crew were always helpful and willing to assist or answer questions

I have physical mobility limitations leg amputee with major issues to other leg Asked for shower no tub an ada room. Was given a room with a tub. The grab bars aren't where I'd expect them to be. Behind the toilet ?! ? But not infront of it. Rooms a/c unit really didn't keep room cool an bed was very very firm. Pillows were amazing though. Parking was a mess but there was a event in area.(Rockville) .Might wanna add a vending machine for drinks . An a map to under ground parking area or have staff let us know at check in . I know hurricane Nicole damage property an your trying to come to ada standards. I'd get a new adviser possibly? Will stay again. Property an staff were still great. Even with the hiccups was a amazing stay.

Room view was ok .breakfast was very very good for a hotel especially!!! Room was very clean for most part. Staff was friendly an very helpful !!! Housekeeper was ready with fresh towels etc daily!! Amazing hot water shower/batj never ran cold !! Will stay again when ada improvements are finished

My king mattress was wore out on side near balcony. Only one elevator working. I don't think the shower walls are getting cleaned , some mold and hair was on mine.

Parking situation was not good. I was forced to park in the underground garage because so many lot spaces were blocked off and as a woman, I was not comfortable doing this, especially once the elevator took so long to reach me. The lighting in the sink area was atrocious…couldn’t see well to do my hair, makeup. Breakfast was so-so.

this is the second time that we have had a fire close to our room. I asked for 1 st floor which they were sold out. So me and my 79 year old husband we were on the 4 th four. Then at 230 am the fire alarm was set off and my husband can’t leave the elevator didn’t work. Thank God it wasn’t as bad as it could of been. an oversized Jeep was on fire! not trying to complain just a thought maybe save the downstairs for the elderly. Thank you for your listing ear!

Breakfanst was horrible. The oatmeal tasted like shredded newspaper and the white breads and muffins were small and unappealing/unhealthy looking. Fruit was hard, small and below par. No one liked only 1 elavator; I can't image a crowd using only one.

all staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious and quiet with great view and sounds of the ocean. Microwave and refrigerator an added plus. Balcony ok but so windy I did not use it much. Good hot water supply and nice non-drying soap.

Our keys didn't work every single day we were there it was inconvenient the maintenance man had to come and fix it every time but they were prompt in fixing it each time.

We always enjoy our stay here we come several times a year. Ryan was kind enough to upgrade our room at special request from us for a particular room.

elevator awful only one seem to be working. Always people waiting to get on. Cleaning staff with great big carts on hard for our family with our suitcases. Had to make a couple of trips up and down stairs.

The fridge really didn't hold temperature. Only one elevator worked. There was pretty decent size hole in the wall by the back door that I addressed with them. Also one of the outlets in the room was coming out of wall .

Our first room was perfect but there was no hot water so we had to request another. Luckily, they were able to accommodate the ocean view, the whole reason we booked there. However, there was a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling and the shower know wouldn't stay in one place so the water temperature was constantly being adjusted. My husband didn't like the bathroom sizes in either room. His long legs on the toilet felt cramped trying to close the door.

The location was perfect. It was central to everything we wanted to visit and the ocean view was spectacular. The staff was pleasant upon check in, check out, and even when we had to request another room. Our King ocean front room was great, very clean! Had we been able to stay there, my rating would have been higher.
