No microwaves in the rooms, Hot water took about 20 minutes to actually warm up to shower

For a Hilton I was expecting a better breakfast buffet. All we got was bagels(butter/cream cheese) yogurt, muffin coffee and juices. Very difficult when you’re gluten free. The bottom floor the doors don’t close properly so that gave me a bit of anxiety. Pool area was clean but this place has nothing for evening entertainment no bar or restaurant on site. Live music. So we were kinda bummed for a Hilton I was disappointed.

Beach was nice..pool area was clean and the beds were actually very comfortable. Location isn’t too bad but nothing to do near there. And your about 12 minute drive to Daytona Beach.. where all the fun stuff is. DD across the street. And a Publix 5 min drive.

had dirty towels in the room and the fridge was turned up to max which we didnt notice and caused a drink to explode, also not enough parking

I was expecting a Hilton. This good of been a Best Western. But they charged for a Hilton. With the Hilton name you have expectations

Not what I expected for a Hilton. I do understand, however, that it is undergoing refurbishing. Did not feel that it was worth $160 per night. Was overcharged and I have not yet seen a resolution.

The view was nice. So glad we could see the ocean.

The Location was great, on the beach. The Hotel unfortunately is undergoing much repair which was required from Hurricane damage. Upon completion, I am sure it will be a great Hotel again. Our particular room was hugh and very clean.

Pool was filthy and wasn’t cleaned the whole 8 days we were there. The “BREAKFAST” consisted of yogurt and bagels. Should not been labeled as “Good Breakfast”.

The hotel is rundown and old, they are currently remodeling so there are worker there early in the morning.

Great location and the staff is nice. Pet friendly but $75 fee, which is not mentioned in the beginning.

The room did not have a coffee pot nor an ice bucket. The doors had rusty locks that did not work well. The hotel name had changed and was confusing. The website also should have notified guests of this and that it was under construction. A construction nail was right beside our truck tire. Glad we found it before something happened.

Balcony and courteous stuff. Beds and pillows were comfortable and a decent size room.

The hotel signage is Sparks by Hilton and we were looking for Mariner. We finally had to stop and call to be told of the change. There wasn’t an ice bucket or coffee machine in our room and garbage had not been emptied. We arrived early(1:30ish) and was told check in was not until 3. When we came back at 3 we were left waiting at the desk while the lady finished up work she was doing in the back.

We like the partial ocean view. The room was clean except the garbage can had not been emptied.

Reserved and payed for a suite through booking.com When we checked in were told they didn’t have suites. We knew better as we have stayed there for years. Called booking.com no help at all. Next evening the manager was able to move us to the suite we reserved.

Breakfast is not what it used to be when it was a Best Western. It has been bought by Hilton and is being remodeled. Just bagels yogurt and juice for now. Not sure if that will change. Hotel is undergoing renovations and soon will be upgraded but not quite done. Our room was nice, but no coffee maker, microwave, ice bucket or plastic cups. I think in the next month that will be remedied.

In transition, being upgraded. No hairdryer, garbage can, ice bucket in our room. The room was repainted with new lighting and decor, but a lot was still missing.

The motel was under construction. I had no idea when I reserved the room.It had a pair of someone jeans hanging over the rail next to our room door.There were construction workers everywhere. Two dumpsters were visible right over the rail in parking lot.Under ground parking lot was full of construction supplies. It had flakes of paint everywhere 😩.

The room had a wonderful view.The room itself was clean .The staff were very nice.When we entered the room it was totally different from the outside problems. It was nice inside the room. I would go back after the construction is over.

No hot breakfast. Been coming here for years and was disappointed in this. Also just be aware it is undergoing renovation so there is a lot of mess in parking lot and noise.

Location is excellent. Love the oceanfront balconies. Comfortable beds. Room was very clean upon check in. Parking easy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I know they are doing a lot of renovation but first of all we pass by the hotel 3 times because no sign out saying mariner hotel room that were book for us had no heat so we were put in another room immediately next room water started leaking my socks were soak

Cleanliness wasn’t up to par Also we paid for oceanfront room but had to place us at an angle room which was sea view the 5 days we were there because of the construction going on there they started pounding non stop from 7am till 5pm. Also the booking stated stove refrigerator microwave and it had no stove. So it was a waste of money booking and paying extra for a room with amenities you thought you were going to receive and you don’t
