Switched rooms 3 times due to no heat, no tv and the last room had no microwave/fridge but the heat and tv worked.

Tv did not work the best, light in bathroom flickering, low light (should have notice when room cleaning), needed lamps or something for charging phone ect. All plug ins behind unmovable heavy furniture . Disappointing

Hardly any outlets. Provided a coffee maker but no where to plug in. We had to go buy power strips and extension cords. There was no mirror in the bathroom. The pool was closed.

Where to start! Air conditioner blew warm, someone else's tooth paste cap in the sink drain, pillows need replaced nothing fluffy about them.

The breakfast was TERRIBLE. Waffle maker didnt work, all the waffle batter stuck to the griddle and wouldn't come off except for bits and pieces. Waffles are supposed to just come right out of those without having to be peeled out in small pieces. Useless machine. Batter dispenser was also broken and couldn't dispense batter. You had to dip your cup inside the dispenser to get batter. The only good option was an apple! The pandemic was BS in limiting breakfast options where people were getting charged for continental or even hot breakfast but only getting an orange in a bag instead of a real breakfast, an absolute BS! trend that I'm glad has gone away for the most part. Covid and the pandemic were a big fat excuse for hotels to be cheap and cheat guests out of a real breakfast that they paid for. The toaster at this hotel was crappy too. Had to hold the metal handle down with the bottom of a paper cut because it hurt my fingers to hold down a bare jagged metal handle with force so that the bread would toast. No PB! I've stayed at this hotel before in 2017 or 2019. Can't remember the year. However, due to breakfast alone I won't return to this hotel.

Fitness center was the best part of the hotel experience. It was modest yet functional for my needs. Would love to have seen some weights in there but there were sufficient cardio machine options. My room was right next to the fitness center so that was convenient. Room was good, clean, and quiet. Glad the pool was shut down permanently because pools indoors like this one was that are in an open space without enclosing doors around them tend to make a hotel common area reek of chlorine. A pool would be nice for this hotel to have, but one in its own room and not out in the open common hotel area that everyone passes through.

We booked a room with a pull out couch and our room had a couch that was so broken down you were pretty much sitting on the floor!! The light in our room didn't turn on we couldn't find a light switch for it. We had 2 refrigerators and only one of them worked. I could keep going but I'll stop

Booked this hotel expecting a pool for our kids to swim in and when we got there, there was a sign that said the pool was permanently closed. The shower looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a long time and there was mold on the shower curtain so no showers/bath were taken. Wallpaper in the bathroom was dirty and falling off. Needs some major updating.

The room was hotter than heck, took forever to cool down. Beds were awful, hard as a board. Pool wasn't working. Breakfast options less than desirable. the TV barely worked - you could only use the channel up or channel down buttons. There was a TV guide with a ton of channels, but you only got about 8-10, the others were just static.

I reserved a 2 queen suite with a pull out sofa bed. What we received was a contract 2 queen room. There was no cable box and 8 channels. The weather stripping on the window was 3/4 torn off. The fan motor in the bathroom was frozen and squealed if we tried it. My wife left it on the 2nd day and it started to turn but you could still hear it thump. The security bar on the door to keep someone from forcing themselves in was broken. There was no microwave or refrigerator. The bedding was torn in a Few places. Since there was never any housekeeping I assumed it was a contract room. I would not rented out that room at our motel in Preston MN.

The breakfast was a typical covid Era spread.

I booked hotel in February, they did not have pool or spa accommodations during my stay in August. When asked if I could get a discount, she was rude and asked if I wanted to go somewhere else.

The dirty rooms the broken ac the static that made watching TV impossible the bed that felt like laying on the floor. The pool that had no water the old looking food for Breakfast the broken juice machine the uncomfortable bedding on the hard as a rock mattress.

Entire property is a disaster. 3 different rooms and all of them were disgusting. Staff completely incompetent and unwilling to give me access to a manager. Would rate a zero if possible.

The pool was drained and the pictures on booking.com were very misleading. There were stains on the bed sheets. There was hair in the tub. There was no sofa bed and booking.com showed a sofa bed in our room. The whole place smelled like stinky food.
