The condo property is under a major renovation and it will take time to bring it all back to match Lonnie's unit.

The location was perfect and the owner was so responsive. You have to see this condo to appreciate what you get. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

I found the master bedroom mattress not firm enough and had to sleep on other beds.. the twin beds need some air circulation as there was none there.. if we could adjust the fan speed in the living room that will help

Construction on neighboring units made for a bit of noise at times and also no access to laundry facilities in our building (due to construction, so not permanent)

Fantastic location, super clean inside the apt and had everything we needed, great communication with administrator, lovely pool, good value!

We visited Corpus Christi for the first time in mid November. It's very obvious that Corpus is a summer destination not a winter one. The weather was chilly and windy and there were hardly any people around. The restaurants nearby were very slow and food was just ok. It was very underwhelming to say the least. But I guess that's the way it is in November. The condo building is old and needs a lot of work They balcony was sagging so it was hard to sit up straight in the chairs. They were doing some renovations on parts of the building while we were there so no water for half a day and lots of noise. No biggie. The whole building needs structural work and a face lift. That being said, it's on the beach so I am sure it's constant work and would take a lot of money to keep it looking nice but it still could use a major overhaul.

The condo was the very end unit facing the ocean which was great! It was very clean and decorated very cute. Staff was very nice and helpful. Communication with the owner and staff was excellent.

The facility had only one elevator and of course it was on the opposite end from the unit.

I loved the view from the balcony. It felt as if I was already on the beach.

The only we didn't like was the fridge didn't seem to keep food very cold but the freezer was great.

I liked the view, the fact that everything was clean, there was hand soap and dish soap to wash the dishes.

Due to construction the way there was closed and we had to make a dangerous u turn on a busy road to get to it, once we were there it was fine.

Very close to the beach and the gate to the beach, parking very plentiful, was not crowded, and was very close to all the attractions we wanted to visit.

I can’t find anything that I didn’t like about the property. For once, I found a property that I was 100% satisfied with.

The condo was amazingly comfy! Especially having a view of the ocean! Everything was so awesome that we decided to stay an extra night. Orlando is an amazing representative of the property. He was there every step of the way making sure everything was to our satisfaction. Best customer service so far! We will definitely be back and stay here again.

First floor access with great view of ocean. Beach not heavily populated. Room was clean and well maintained. Even though we did not use, the kitchen was well supplied. You can tell the owners put alot of thought into needed items throughout apartment.

the property is small but the big plus is right on the beach with unobstructed ocean view.

you can’t beat the view! short drive to market and other points of interest. kitchen reasonably well equipped. the owner is a great communicator and checked with us to be sure everything was ok.
