Curtains were not blackout, so it was a bit of a struggle to fall asleep. At one point before bed, I was very cold and the radiators were cold. I tried to adjust the thermostat, but it didn't seem to do anything. The heat did finally kick on later on, but I went to bed with my thermals on and my sweatshirt. I'm also glad that I brought my audiobook with me because at one point, the WiFi wasn't working and didn't work for the rest of the evening, rendering the TV useless. I enjoyed my audiobook, but others may not have had that alternative. One last thing that made me feel uncomfortable was the signage on the back of my room's door about cannabis on the premises. As a medicinal marijuana patient, I felt very much like a "drug user" and I had to make sure I went for a very long walk in order to feel "safe" to smoke. They'd benefit, a lot, if they made it clear about their rules but also provide a safe and private place for any smoker to go if they should need. Guests, of all sorts, should always feel welcome so long as they are respectful of the property.

Great location, clean room, complimentary slippers to keep the floors clean (and your socks!), complimentary K-cups with coffee, hot cocoa, and tea in the room. Could stand to have a mini-fridge in the room, but at least there is a community fridge in the shared kitchen. Staff is very warm and friendly!!

It's a lot easier to have the breakfast already made for you but I understand that it is a motel so we were surprised when there was breakfast.

Breakfast was do it yourself but they had as many eggs and english muffins as you need. Coffee was offered as well

Not their fault, but the community kitchen was kind of messy, and they never have much of a selection of teas.

The location is perfect! Not too far away, and allows you to explore more of the area. Located directly next door to the delicious Coplin Dinner House. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. We were going to be late, and we basically called each other at the same time! She was letting me know she was leaving for the day and where my keys would be. So nice! The rooms are basic but wicked comfy and have everything you need; including a wonderful room spray. The closets are perfectly designed and placed for your damp, cold gear to warm up and dry out.

Loved the setting and view. The room was large and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Little bonus was seeing their animals! Horse, Donkey, Goats, Chickens and Rabbits!! Not one thing to complain about!!

Carpets gone freshly updated room with thick mattresses and cotton sheets with thick pillows… super comfortable Very helpful staff, able to buy soda or wine and coffee and tea or juice all day!
