We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaDated property, run down condition. Bathroom was small, room small, beds and pillows were hard. The room had a musty smell. Outside walkway was uneven, chipped cement. Very noisy from highway on ramp. Minimal complimentary breakfast. Waffle maker, instant oatmeal, dry cereal, muffin, yogurt, and drinks. They brkf room was not labeled and hard to find.

The stay was so so, but tolerable for the price. No bugs; however, the deadbolt did not lock the first night. They did send someone to fix that. Great price. Friendly staff. The Waffle House in parking lot was a plus.

United States of AmericaThe room was close to the stairs and elevator, which was convenient, but very noisy with people coming and going. There was not many channels on the TV, and no Fox news.
The bed was comfortable. The price was good. The motel was easy to find. The breakfast was on the 2nd floor, but had all the basic breakfast foods.

United States of AmericaHaving said all of that, the customer service was abysmal. I interacted with 2 different employees during my stay. The first employee that I met was upon check-in and he was extremely standoff-ish. There was not a disclaimer about a deposit being necessary until I checked in. I didn't have the money available on my credit card and his best suggestion was to find an ATM. But he couldn't tell me where one was located close by. Thank God for google who was far more helpful than this guy. When questioned about breakfast, he kind of grunted and pointed to the ceiling. Not sure what that meant so I asked for clarification and to this day I still don't understand what he was talking about when he said upstairs. I encountered this same individual the next morning asking for a couple extra towels. His immediate response was, "I apologize that we didn't have towels in the room for you." WTF jerk! It's a freaking king suite with a Jacuzzi tub and I'm booked for 3 nights. You think the two towels in the room are sufficient for 2 people for three nights with a Jacuzzi tub and a shower?! Needless to say I could have poured molasses faster than it took that man to waddle 20 feet to the back room and grab 2 additional towels for me. Compared to the next guy, this guy was top notch. Because the guy I spoke with at checkout couldn't provide me a receipt showing that I checked out. I wanted to ensure I wasn't charged for any incidentals which would result in a loss of $250. So I insisted that he have the maid or that he personally check the room to confirm everything was as it should be. The attitude I got was truly disgraceful. He checked the room and came back saying everything was fine. I asked for a receipt showing that the deposit would be refunded and that the room was left in good order. I needed this for work. For some reason he could check me out of the room but couldn't provide me with a receipt.
I liked the setup of the king suite. It was quite large and very comfortable. It was as if two small rooms had the wall separating them removed to make one large room. It has 2 entry doors. On one side was a very nice Jacuzzi tub and living room area with a pull out couch, dresser, refrigerator, tv and coffee table. The other half of the room had a very comfortable king size bed, a desk with a chair and a TV hung mounted on the wall above the desk, two nightstands and a place to hang clothes in the corner. The bathroom sink was separate from the bathroom area which included a nice shower with great water pressure and endless hot water. The room had two HVAC units which made controlling the temperature very easy on both sides. It was an outside entry room on the first floor with parking directly out front of the room which was super convenient. The hotel room was one of the cleanest I've ever encountered. All the lightbulbs worked, the furniture was in great condition and the room smelled pleasant. It was evident that the GM really cared about the quality and cleanliness of the rooms as I noticed he was inspecting them after they were announced clean by the hotel cleaning crew.

United States of AmericaThe room needed update. Carpet was very worn, curtains had holes in the shade, and room smelled stale. I was only there overnight so I didn’t file a formal complaint about it. It is a budget hotel and I understand everything won’t be perfect. I had what I needed.
Breakfast was a muffin and coffee. Also offered 10% off at the Waffle House. The location was not far from airport and near electric vehicle charging.
