Only coffee/tea for morning, Vending machines were sketchy with debit cards...only a problem since there's no stores w/in walking distance. Luckily they have several with snacks and real food like breakfast stuff with cash/coins. What hapoened to the Shampoo??

Fantastic staff Hannah and Chris!!! Amazing price, great TV entertainment and close parking, super clean rooms, amazing shower that never got cold with multiple people taking turns!!

WAY OVERPRICED 3DAY weekend This made me have to drive more than 100 miles for affordable lodging. Smelly ahower curtain and cigarette smoke thru wall.

Availability+low price, no haggle about my cat compainion. Afternoon staff was very helpful and friendly, I wish I could remember her name

Homeless people on the edge of the property ran a generator until dawn one night. People coming and going at all hours. TV wasn't user friendly.

I was there during the freezing rainstorm. I was already a little put out due to the fact the roo. I asked for was not the one I got and we were attached to a room that was loud at all times and I have a baby. They didn't do anything for the stairs or sidewalks for the ice which made things hard. The power did go out which is understandable but made things difficult as the doors have key cards.

The phone rang for someone else a lot. There was arguing outside of our room 1 night.

The "Guide" on the TV did not work. I asked about it at the desk, they indicated that it had been non-operational for over a month. The power went out at about 9 o'clock at night during an ice storm with 20 degree temp it had not come back on by checkout the next morning. It would have been nice (but not required) if the staff could have checked to see if guests needed extra blankets.

Everything was clean, price was good.

All the vending machines were out of service, though advertised, the room did not have a microwave and mini fridge, the TV didn't work and the phone line to call the office was down. Our toilet backed up and they gave my husband a plunger 🪠 and told him to fix it which he did, but can you say Maintenance Man?

Olivia was great at the front desk. The place was packed due to the ice storm. She handled each person with dignity and warmth and gave each individual her personal attention. The room was warm and since our power had already been out 36+ hours in freezing temperatures, the heater was most welcoming.

The walkways were dirty on the way to the room. The heat/AC system in the room seemed like it needed an upgrade, it was hard to get the room to a good temperature. None of the outlets worked for my phone charger. They were too big to plug a standard 2 prong charger in, also my laptop. The room was close to a busy interstate and I was listening to cars all night roll by. The bed was the worse part of my discomfort. It was very hard and uncomfortable. Also the shower was barely large enough to shower in. I recognize it is a "economy" hotel but the bed was my biggest issue. Next time I'll spend more money to get a good night sleep.

The reception staff were helpful and friendly without being too involved.

Temperature of the room and inability to warm it up, did not sleep well.

Did not have breakfast was unaware you had it. Room was very clean, but I checked it at eleven on a very cold night. Room was extremely cold, and heater was not up to the task. Called front desk and asked for a blanket which was provided by the girl at the front desk. who was very pleasant She came up and adjusted the temperature on the heater. The staff was attentive and friendly.
