Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast selection was lacking, and not kept stocked up. Bathroom door lock was broken.
Nicer hotel, rooms were accommodating for all 4 of us.

I had no cups in my room for morning coffee... But no big issue.
Everything was amazing. Super secure, friendly staff. The room was very quiet. Excellent comfort.

It suited us for a brief overnight stay in ABQ, location was good - perhaps not ideal to walk to a lot with kids but perfectly fine for short riding distance.

I didn’t feel like I could just get out and walk from this location. The hotel kept everything locked down and secure though.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. We loved having the couch seating area to relax in. The room was laid out well. Would definitely stay again.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a swimming pool!
This place was very nice and staff was very understanding and helpful I love that you have to use a key to get anywhere with the elevators

The microwave was bad quality, food would not heat up. Maybe better microwaves and at least more than one?
Breakfast choices were good. Tere was an ok variety .

Fifth floor has issues when it is too windy. Around 2 am there was loud noises coming from ac. When i called front lobby they said building was build like that. That noise is in certain parts of the building. They were nice enough to change us room for the next night

Overall, the experience was unpleasant. 1. The men's restroom (one cubicle intended to serve the dining room, the sports room and the lobby) was broken all the days of our stay. 2. The receptionists were rude. 3. The breakfast was very poor, and even the little that was there ran out over an hour before the end of the breakfast and they did not refill it.

Traffic noise was unbearable The shower had a hard water stain that really needed to be scrubbed up
Hats off to the Ronald McDonald house affiliation. My oldest son needed to stay in the hospital ands RMH saved us so much time money and energy so we could focus on us.

There was a loud buzzing in the walls that kept us all from sleeping. Sketchy lingering of not hotel people in parking and the building is shared with hospital and university somehow???
Clean and well designed rooms, on the new side even. Free parking and close to local attractions.

The worst pillow we ever had and the breakfast it’s very poor for the price, we staying for 3 nights and breakfast just the same every morning!

We booked a Marriott room instead of something cheaper because my wife has a serious medical condition and had an important procedure the next day. She had asked for something clean above all else so we splurged to try and ensure that she'd get a Marriott standard of cleanliness before her procedure. Instead we found a huge horrifying stain and buildup of crud on the floor of the shower that was about two feet semicircle of green and black that my wife described as "chunky" and was so grossed out she wouldn't even get into the shower. This is EXACTLY what we meant to avoid and was closer to what you'd expect from the cheapest run down motel in town than the Marriott. Then we had helicopters landing that sounded like they were inside the room and sirens and other engine noise all night so we didn't sleep either. So instead of going to her procedure rested and clean which is what we paid for she headed into the medical procedure exhausted and disgusted. Shame on you Marriott.
The location was near our destination. The breakfast was pretty good.

The breakfast is very lackluster especially for the facility. The parking situation is awful as well.
So the property itself is very nice, I was annoyed with the leaky toilet that they never fixed so I got to hear it drain all night. The gym was very nice and overall the facility is nice.
