Some maintenance issues- door lock was intermittent, tub drain was very slow and wouldn’t stay open. Told me maintenance was unavailable on the weekend.

The beds are a little too firm for our liking, I understand that's a personal thing. It would have been nice if there had been paper plates and plastic forks and stuff in the room instead of having to go and ask for them. And it may just have been the room that we were in, but it seemed that there was a sump pump or some kind of mechanical sound that will go off quite frequently in no pattern that was very loud. It did wake us up numerous times the first night stay, but we handled it the following night by having the AC run the entire time throughout the night instead of on auto. I hated doing that but it did help to block out the sound.

We enjoyed the fact that we did not have traffic zooming by the hotel. The staff was very Good, kind and accommodating. The room was very clean, more than enough room for me and my three girls. .

room lighting is terrible. only bed lamps and a standing lamp to iluminate room. it was not friendly to work with computer at the room and poor light. there was a big mark on our carpet like staind and received a credit for it because they had no other rooms available.

The breakfast.

The breakfast was a total disappointment. It was meant to be a hot breakfast but there was only sausages and scrambled egg. I was forced to eat breakfast elsewhere as there was nothing to choose from other than fruits and coffee.

The AC made lots of noise but it was cool enough. Underage and unsupervised kids in the fitness room. Definitely wish you could do something to keep them out bc obviously the parents don't care.

The breakfasts were great. The staff kept everything stocked and that's a job. You had people who were there the entire time eating and others who just came had some food and left. An additional waffle iron could help with some of the congestion at the breakfast bar bc it takes a few minutes for each waffle and there was always a line.

The rooms need a fresh coat of paint and the breakfast was not as optional pre COVID. Bring the waffle maker back and add some type of hash browns or non pork sausage.

The front desk staff and AGM are great!!!

I'm upset that I can't remember the guys name that checked us in. He was great beyond great! He saw that I was extremely tired so he was quick to get us checked in. He even offered to help with our bags. Everyone that was at the front desk during the day and evening were very friendly and smiling. That was pleasantly different from a lot of other hotels.

The beds felt damp. The room was really humid and smelled odd. Once the AC was on for a while it was fine. They also put us in a room right beside the elevator which we could hear through the wall all night.

See above the front desk was disgusting rude unprofessional

They took my families money clean their system was down at first didn’t even recognize her reservation. Said it wasn’t on there because one simple letter was off on her name. The front desk girl was extremely rude racist actually and disgusting in her behavior. She took our money kept trying to charge our card still has the money on hold and never gave us a room while my family had a wedding to attend. She was actually so rude as to ask how I got here. Did I walk when I flew in from out of the country with my family how condescending inappropriate to treat a titanium Marriott member you should fire her
