My kids love to swim. The pool is very small..... capacity is only 13. It worked ok and the kids still had fun but it was not the cleanest area. The whirlpool was small as well and both wheelchair lifts were out of order and very rusted. They just need to be taken out.

Traveling with my family of 5, my husband, three kids (ages 10, 9 and 6) and myself. Booked the double bed suite and the room was quite nice and clean. The couch was wide enough for someone to sleep in it and there was a trundle bed as well.

The pool room was excessively hot, had to prop open doors and still to hot. Kids even complained pool a little to warm for swimming. The pool water was murky looking however water in hot tub was clear. We complained to management, hopefully they will get it taken care of.

The SpringHill Suites in Denver is among our favorite places to stay, and when the price is right, we do so. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed, but the best aspect of this hotel over the years are the beds — extremely comfortable, at least for our tastes. And the Texas Roadhouse next door offers a 10 percent discount for guests of the hotel. We had a wonderful stay prior to a holiday flight.

We got spoiled at the Cheyenne WY Springhills so can’t help but compare. Billings is substantially higher price but just a little less wonderful. No Tub. No make up wipes. No yummy brownie to welcome us. Cheap lotion instead of that wonderful lemon stuff in Cheyenne. Kitchen cabinet in room 203 kept swinging open. My dislikes are petty but the value in Cheyenne Wayyyy better. We were considering staying at Springhills in Coeur de Alene but may consider other value options

Hotel and room were excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was great. In town for grandsons baseball tournament and hotel was located near where tournament located which made it very convenient. Would definitely recommend and stay at this facility again when traveling to Billings. Two thumbs up 👍

Where the TV was sitting isn't the greatest spot but it was manageable from both the sofa bed and the beds in the room.

I can't find any fault with the stay. I was very pleased with everything. This is my favorite hotel in billings.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I liked Texas Road House next door as well. The breakfast was awesome and the coffee was very good.

They "accidentally" charged me full price at the counter for the room even though I already booked and paid through Booking.com. The front desk realized the mistake but could not fix without the manager who was not on site. I was assured that the manager would fix it the next morning. It has been 6 days and still not refunded. My attempts at emailing the manager have been ghosted.

I have been charged 3 times for one single night, my total through booking came to $246.03, I get there and they charged us $270, so I was on the phone with booking all day trying to figure this out because it sounds like a glitch. It’s been OVER a week and I get a receipt saying our total was $231.00… where did this number come from? 4 days ago I checked and the pre authorization charges we’re still there! So I had been charged $246.03 through booking, $270 through the hotel and now another charge for $231.00. All for just sleeping there because these 2 can’t communicate. Next day (3days ago) they are gone and I’ve only been charged the $246.03. Yesterday I’m checking my acct and the $231.00 is BACK!!! This is criminal. I’m sooo over this it’s not even funny! We stayed here only to sleep and hit the road again the next day. We were on a family vacation driving home from Denver. Luckily and I mean this, we had extra money in our acct on our way home, because when we were younger I probably wouldn’t have had enough money to get us home after a long vacation especially when booking and this hotel thinks they can just charge us any amount of money when ever they feel like it!! I don’t care if it’s a pre authorization charge, it still comes out of my account and is not useable until it’s gone, I’m done with booking and I will never stay at one of these hotels again in my life! If you don’t want to be charged random amounts of money I suggest you get rid of booking and never go to this hotel!

Everything was great. The bag and attachment was in the blow dryer bag but the dryer was missing. I let the front desk know. I did not check all the drawers so it might have been in the room.
