Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast had a variety of foods thankfully! and because it is close to Disney, had the Disney channel on and Bluey helped my kids a lot. Good parking situation, allowed us to park the day we checked in and checked out. Staff was quick and effective. Rooms were roomy with everything we needed for a family of 4. Great shower/bathroom situation as well. Overall, would stay here again if we came to Disneyland! We were not able to use the pool or gym but both looked very nice.

Details that we disliked were the smell of the water from the bathroom sink, it disappears after a little while but it's worrying about how clean it actually is. Another issue that I personally have is the additional costs that US hotels add like parking and other hidden fees however this is a corporate problem and not a local hotel problem.
The hotel location is close to Disneyland and you can easily take the ART shuttle there from the bus stop right outside the hotel. The staff working at the hotel are all friendly and great at their jobs. Our room was nice and clean and one detail that I liked was that we had put up the do not disturb sign one day when our room was scheduled for cleaning and they sent an email to confirm that we didn't need cleaning. It's also quite fun to be able to hear the Disneyland fireworks from the hotel, you can't really see them well unless you go outside. The free breakfast includes a waffle making corner which was a nice addition.

Shower head water didn’t have consistent temperature.
Staff was friendly and made it easy for check in/out. The hotel was clean and ample space in the hotel room. Easy directions and walkable to the tram and disney parks.

The water in the shower would get hot every so often. The sink was a little clogged.
It was a great location for Disney trips, 20 minute walk.

One guy at the front desk was meh, but the rest were pretty good! The oatmeal, eggs and sausage were not good.
Right around the corner from the Disneyland park parking. Safe. Clean and a great price. Maids were nice. The good breakfast offerings were limited to the waffles, It was free though! Room is really nice and maids kept it clean for 4 days!

The Aircon was quite noisy when switched on. We were close to the elevator and could hear the beep from the elevator reaching our floor clearly in our room.

I received 2 separate emails of my charges totaling one amount, but then my credit card was charged another amount. I was told I’d be charged an additional $20 for parking, but it looks like I was actually charged $30. Be honest upfront at checkin.
I stayed here with my family due to the proximity to Disneyland which was a quick 10-15 minute walk. We used the pool and appreciated the light breakfast before heading out to the park for the day..

The mirror in my bathroom had black spots all over it where it had worn away. It should be replaced.
Bed was super comfortable, everything was very clean. Room was spacious. Everything you would expect from a Marriott. The breakfast was small but again pretty good. On a good day it would only take about 10 mins to get to Downtown Disney which I hugely appreciated. Staff were friendly and got me the quiet room I asked for which was very quiet! Gas station on the corner with reasonably priced drinks & snacks was a bonus.
