Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Price was little higher than expected. The charge according to booking.com including taxes were different from what we were actually charged (30 $ difference). I do not know why that happened.
Breakfast was very nice with a decent spread of options. Room was very clean. Location is the best USP of this hotel.

It was not mentioned the only option for parking was vallet. It was very convenient to everything in downtown ATL.

The carton milk was curdled, and my Fiance' got so sick.
I loved the staff they were amazing and super helpful. The location is perfect for being a tourist. We got engaged and swam with the whale sharks. It's right across from the aquarium and so many attractions. Midtown is awesome, many great restaurants.

Not much.
Comfortable bed, room nice and spacious. Breakfast was good with variety. Location excellent, the morning staff was very friendly and helpful, more so than the check in staff.

the shower is my biggest complaint for 2 reasons, it leaked, the seal or something was broken, and the handle to turn the shower on is opposite the door, so you get blasted with ice water turning it on. As well it could use a good scrub and recaulk as the old caulking is coming undone. The trashcan in my bathroom was broken, so that was mildly annoying, and the room trashcan was very tiny, it would be better to have a larger size. The last thing was the TV i had many issues with the remote and not being able to use the captions, it would exit instead of going back and the HBO MAX wouldn’t allow me to login and was missing a lot of the shows i would have liked to watch.
the room was spacious, the view was nice. i liked that you needed a key to enter the building, it felt very safe, overall was a good location to be in. i would recommend to others if they needed to be in the area.

Little details were missing—a bath mat, hand soap, a sink that drains properly. Shower was scratched up and had mold in the grout. A/C was either freezing or off, no in between. Roller blind was broken.
Perfect location for the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke and the Children’s Museum.

The walls were “thin” you could hear other people in their rooms, laughing, flushing toilets. Etc.

My only concern was about house keeping leaving at 10. My sheets were stained & I couldn’t get another pair until the next morning.

The hotel is located on a very busy street so a lot of road noise especially when everyone was going to work.
Excellent location to visit the aquarium and the coka cola museum.

If you’re on the club side, it’s loud and doesn’t have a view like the other side of the hotel.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t strong. The room temp was hard to control, we would put it on 70 and it would be sweltering we would turn it down 2 degrees and it would be an icebox. Also, in the shower, it looked dirty at first glance, but it was just caulking that was used.. it should be redone tho because it definitely looks dirty.
All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, the location is phenomenal. Check in and check out were extremely fast and simple. The front desk gave us a paper with all the local restaurants which was so nice and very helpful!
