There are people with drug-related problems around this area. It does not feel comfortable to walk around without taking an Uber to the harbor.

The price was good. It had some gym equipment. The breakfast was good. It is also near the Stadium. The rooms are comfortably big.

In town for a volleyball tournament. The hotel is fantastic, the location is in a dirty area. Daytime is ok. We walked to the convention center in the mornings for our games did Lyft back to the hotel. I would stay again, and but not in a floor lower than 3rd- due to outside noises.

Secure. Clean. Comfortable. Great breakfast- eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, oatmeal, chocolate milk etc. AND Lexington Market is next door and had so many affordable food options.

I loved everything

Absolutely amazing. From the valet, check in, and bar everything was amazing. Even though the location wasn't far from a not so good area you felt safe and secure. It was really clean and myself and my husband had an amazing night's sleep in the comfy beds. The bartender was absolutely amazing and had wo derful energy. I can't wait to come back.

The valet parking situation was really confusing. We were told to just stop in a lane to block traffic and someone would be out to us, which is what we did. Valet came and put a cone out in the street behind us.

There were four of us but only 3 sets of towels in the room. The room was also very dark even with all the lights on. It was hard to see to get ready to go out.

We were in town to see a show at the Hippodrome so the location was great. The staff was friendly. The room was clean.

Parking is a problem. No vacancy at the parking places nearby but was able to do valet parking for $40 charge.

Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Breakfast is basic but ok. Centrally located , parking is a problem but you can ask the front desk for a valet parking.

The area made me a little nervous... looked a little too much like home 😅 The room was a little dark, but I was out and about, so that was a small thing

The room was incredible! Very spacious and comfortable!!! I got more than what I thought I paid for! . It was a 7 to 10-minute walk to the convention center and plenty of other places. So I parked and walked everywhere.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was good, with the Lexington Market almost next door and some nice coffee and food places nearby. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had a few minor issues which were addressed immediately. Breakfast was just ok, a bit hit and miss with the selection of goods.

Check out time is at 11:00am and housekeeping knocked and entered my room at 8:15am and returned at 10:20am. If check out isn't until 11am housekeeping should not come to the room until after checkout time unless they know you have checked out. It was annoying that I was trying to rest before getting on the road but had housekeeping entering my room.

Mama T was great with check in. She also helped me that when I got to my assigned room, the door was propped open and even though no one was in the room I went back to the desk and Mama T made sure I felt safe, assured me I did the right thing and immediately gave me a new room. She also sent security to check the room and make sure all was well. The bartender was great and had excellent recommendations for places to go eat!
