There was some confusion about getting the room cleaned and bringing more towels. There was no way to communicate that without calling the desk. The parking charge was $15/night which is seems very high since there was a large unused parking lot.

The lobby layout was really nice, easy to find a place to sit and talk or watch a game. The room was modern and large, very comfortable.

I didn't understand why we had to pay for parking. I don't think I read it anywhere either. We had stayed at the holiday inn in Bend earlier in the week which was comparable in price and quality rating. Their breakfast was better and we didn't have to pay for parking. So I feel like I can't rate Springhill equal or above Holiday Inn.

Charging 15 dollars to park your car is frustrating. We’re paying to stay the hotel and we have to pay to park. It should be worked into the price if your going to do something like that.

Way over priced. I’ve stayed at many SpringHill Suites and they’ve never been this expensive. We were in town for the Fairwell Festival and every hotel was sold out except for a few and they all had their prices marked up crazy high. Unfortunately we had no other option and needed somewhere to stay.

Very clean and nice rooms. Jeff was extremely nice and helpful when we needed last minute early check in and he suggested some great restaurants for us. Great breakfast as well.

The sheets were rough and scratchy like a cheaper quality or old set. It’s the only thing that wasn’t very good but really made a difference because it put a damper on my sleep.

Loved the cucumber water and amenities like full breakfast and bar. Staff was very friendly and hotel was very comfortable.

Breakfast - eggs were obviously filled and way too salty, use real eggs and let people put their own salt, also not enough fresh food options. Room - lose the bathroom barn door! What a pain. Also, 5$ for a bottle of water in the room. That's a joke.

Booking on booking.com was seamless. This location was ideal for our needs. The property is clean, well kept, quiet and was ideal for our quick trip to Bend. We would definitely stay here again.

Open spa and pool til at least 11 or midnight would be nice.

We came for a concert and stayed for a night. Hotel was better than expected. Plus for being walkable to the amphitheater about 12 min. Room is spacious and comfortable, with fridge, microwave. Also enough room for a sitting area plus writing desk. Staff was very nice and quick to get us checked in. Lobby was well kept with coffee and water available to guests which is a nice touch.

The location was amazing, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I think the only thing missing was that the place could have provided bottled water to guests but there was a lemon water dispenser at the lobby. Overall my family had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Staff also kind and accommodating.

The fact that there is no regulations, restrictions or rules set in place for how long or often families with lots of children or large groups can use the pool so unfortunately on my 3 day/2 night stay (bought a new $40 bathing suit even) my boyfriend and I were not able to use the pool or hot tub after 17 tries and all different hours and the last attempt we spent 2 hours working out just hoping we could get in there for 10 minutes. On that occasion it was 2 woman with 11 children who had no problem hogging the facilities. I really recommend for families with lots of children or large groups (sadly the weekend we stayed there were LOTS of both...) Should be limited to an hour at a time with at least a 3 hour gap in-between or certain times a day, say for an hour-an hour and a half 3 times a day, where the pool is only open to 18+ with a 4-6 person group limit. I haven't purchased a bathing suit in over 10 years and I've NEVER bought one so spendy or a bikini so it was extremely disappointing and while it was worth it purely for the cleanliness, comfortability and staff, the pool played a big part in why I chose this location. For a couple on a super tight budget, just trying to have even a stay-cation 34 miles from home as a late double bday celebration during a tough time I could have paid less than half the price to not be able to use the pool. Again, the awesome staff, absolute amazingly comfortable rooms/bed and insane cleanliness saves this. As disappointing as it was, the pool thing is the only thing keeping this from being an an across the boards 9-10* review but does not keep me from raving, recommending and absolutely staying again (at a time when there doesn't seem to be a bunch of out of town sports teams or groups of teenagers trying one last shot at the mountain).

The staff was AMAZING and the cleanliness of our room and the entire hotel was beyond impressive, and this is coming from a "professional housekeeper" in Sunriver.
