Water pressure was pretty low. Near a pretty busy street but super close to alot of events

I was so pleasantly surprised upon arriving at SpringHill Suites. Tho it was listed as a 2 star hotel, the location was perfect for me. This is no 2 star hotel! It was clean, the staff was friendly, the free breakfast was very good and the room was amazing. I’ve never had a walk-in closet in a hotel room! We had a wonderful stay!

Since we were attending the Charleston Tennis facility, we were so disappointed that the hotel did not have the tennis channel available as we always like to watch the tennis matches on TV at night. Our 2 complaints with our room were that the air conditioning unit was very noisy, and the smoke detector would flash at night which was also annoying. When the flashing woke me up, I thought there was faulty wiring. Very scary!!! Also, we thought Ruth needs some help keeping the breakfast food filled since the hotel was very busy during our stay.

My friend and I really loved the location. The staff which included Angelic, Cotea and (Ruth who takes care of breakfast) were outstanding. Our room was laid out nicely and bigger than we expected.

tv was way far from the bed so had to look to the right all night. also not enough wall plugs

lay out of the rooms. the queen size beds (usually fulls) and trundle. the updated look, breakfast, price, huge closet, blackout shades were great.

The couch seemed dirty. The desk chair was very hard (it was a padded chair w/o much padding), I had hoped as a King Suite, that it would be two separate rooms. (My husband likes to stay up much later than I do watching TV. ) And it would have been nice if the bathroom had a nightlight or low-light and more shelving.

Friendly front desk staff, helpful. Great choices at morning breakfast bar! Bed was very clean and comfortable.

There’s no restaurant in the hotel. I had to door dash food, but I would have preferred to eat a hot fresh meal at the hotel in a restaurant.

The location was amazing, right off the interstate and right in front of the coliseum. The front desk was friendly and helped with recommendations for things to do in the area. The breakfast was delicious and offered many options.

Honestly, if I could change one thing it would be the size of the pool, but this trip we didn't even have time to enjoy it, so it was okay! :)

The staff was so amazingly nice. Anyone we interacted with went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. The location-- so nice to be able to walk to surrounding locations.

Loved everything..this was our second time here..I was being seen for lung cancer and had a procedure done and stayed a couple of nights..Loved I didn't have to worry about anything

Told that I would have to pay a 250 deposit for locals, when I actually leave 45 to 50 miles from location!!! Locals should be people that actually live in Charleston or North Charleston limits!!! That’s Local
