Trains were a little loud, but not so much that we couldn't sleep.

Great location - in the heart of Chinatown. Large rooms that were well laid out. Fantastic roomy bathroom . Great comfortable bed. Awesome breakfast.

Small stuff but compared to other hotels I've been to, it's nothing!

Love this hotel! Love ambience, decor, customer service, location It's low-key enough if you want a true staycation but just enough around if you want to get out n enjoy the scenery Shout out to Michael to going above and beyond for me And I love the shower!

The only negative aspect is to stay away from the private garage they recommend using. There are very few parking spots. If you go in and cant get a place you are still on the hook to pay. The hotel can't do anything about it since it is a private operator.

This Marriott is wonderful! The room design and cleanliness Is exceptional I would definitely stay here again. Chinatown offers a lot of restaurants.

Parking is always tough in Chicago. The garage attached will still allow people in if there are no spaces left which caused cars to get stuck in the garage and have to make a nearly 30 point turn to turn around. It’s always packed before like 8 pm and not promising you’ll ever get a spot. Also the cost is $30 a day if you so get a spot, the hotel validates the ticket. I figured out if I found a spot on the street after 6 pm, it was free. I could log into the parking app before 8 am and pay for my parking without getting out of bed. We always left the hotel within 2 hours anyway and the cost is less than $6. Also, use Park Whiz to find deals on spots. I found a parking garage in downtown Chicago for $12 for 12 hours. It’s double/triple or more if you just use the drive up cost or pay for meters. (Which only allow 2 hour parking in most areas) I ended up spending wayyy less on parking the whole weekend, Park Whiz, parking.com, and epark Chicago, download the apps, make accounts beforehand, they are your friend.

It was clean, staff was friendly, it was quiet even though you’re on the busiest street in Chinatown.

Very close to subway. I could hear it all night. I also didn’t like the bathroom in front of the bed. I could hear everything and the light was in my eyes. The door is glass.

Loved the location and convince to Chinatown. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Breakfast sausage didn't appear to be cooked. It wad still gray - perhaps steamed, but I wasn't willing to try 'under cooked' sausage.

Nice varied breakfast selection with cold yogurt & cereals. Hot items were not actually hot 😕.

One weird quirk was the fact that the bathroom didn't have any place for your foot. The bathroom itself was beautiful, but if you needed to do things like shave your legs like my wife did or something along those lines there was no place to do that.

We loved how the hotel was right in the heart of Chinatown. Even though there was a bustling city around us we never heard the traffic or commotion once we entered the building. The breakfast was delicious and some of the best we've had in a long time. We also cannot applaud the staff enough. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. Parking was also super easy and very convenient to the hotel.
