Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast 'team' was not a team. Blamed each other for short comings. Seemed surly (annoyed) having to deal with guests. Would be better cleaning rooms. Unfortunately, their primary contact with guests is to help. Not their strength.

The toilet seat in the room was loose. When I sat down I felt like I was going to fall off. Also when I switched rooms there was a marijuana smell lingering from the people who had the room the night before.
Breakfast was excellent! But I stayed for over a week, maybe they could do a little more with the eggs to switch it up.

The shower pressure in room 416 was HORRIBLE! Barely any water comes out. I will be returning in January, but I hope I don’t get this room!

Ask for the room with the city view. The scenery is not so annealing on the other side of the building.
The bed is comfy, room set up is really good for those who have to work from the hotel room. Big nice shower.

Breakfast Sunday was disastrous. They ran out of hot food and coffee. They did refill but it took awhile. They should have been more prepared as they know how many guests or groups are staying.

Breakfast was OK not the best. Hotel was on a hill and that's what our view was, the back of the hill.

The person who designed the room should have spent a couple of nights in it. It needed a couple of amenities like luggage racks in that big closet and more hooks in the bathroom. The shower head was adjustable but I would have needed a ladder to reach it. The complementary breakfast was a victim of covid; everything was prepackaged but the fresh fruits were definitely not very fresh and almost inedible. The coffee was good though.
The room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were great. My room had a lovely view, the separated lounging area from the bed was nice. TV was fine, the closet was enormous for a hotel so all luggage could be out of sight. The staff was congenial and efficient. Lobby was nice and the pool area was attractive.

One elevator was not working the entire 6 days I was there. The other elevator was not working the last two days I was there. It is unexcusable that ine elevator was not working for 6 days that I know of, it could have been longer.

I was over charged multiple times for different reasons through my extended stay with you. Then I was never refunded any of my deposits that I was misled into paying for. It has been over a month since this occurred and witch is making me to believe that you're establishment has robbed me of my hard earned money that I used as anniversary gift for my partner and I.
I loved your breakfast you offered, your relaxing furniture to be comfortable, your body soaps and towels+ hair dryer, and the last thing I liked was the late checkout.
