We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe toilet seat in the room was loose. When I sat down I felt like I was going to fall off. Also when I switched rooms there was a marijuana smell lingering from the people who had the room the night before.
Breakfast was excellent! But I stayed for over a week, maybe they could do a little more with the eggs to switch it up.

United States of AmericaThe person who designed the room should have spent a couple of nights in it. It needed a couple of amenities like luggage racks in that big closet and more hooks in the bathroom. The shower head was adjustable but I would have needed a ladder to reach it. The complementary breakfast was a victim of covid; everything was prepackaged but the fresh fruits were definitely not very fresh and almost inedible. The coffee was good though.
The room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were great. My room had a lovely view, the separated lounging area from the bed was nice. TV was fine, the closet was enormous for a hotel so all luggage could be out of sight. The staff was congenial and efficient. Lobby was nice and the pool area was attractive.

It has been over a month since this occurred and witch is making me to believe that you're establishment has robbed me of my hard earned money that I used as anniversary gift for my partner and I.
I loved your breakfast you offered, your relaxing furniture to be comfortable, your body soaps and towels+ hair dryer, and the last thing I liked was the late checkout.
