We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff was marvelous. Alec at the front desk was a charmer. The woman who made and served breakfast was also very nice friendly and helpful. The place itself is in need of redecoration, which is apparently coming soon. Overall our stay was convenient comfortable and pleasant. The staff made any minor annoyances a non issue. Being around friendly people who understand that their job is to take care of us travelers, makes all the difference.

Everything at the hotel was great, and close to shopping staff was very nice and helpful at all times. I will stay here every time I visit Lansing.

United States of AmericaThere was a constant music beat that I could hear throughout both nights of my stay. It was not enough to keep me awake but it was a little annoying while trying to read and work quietly in my room. It might have been a guest somewhere but I wasn't sure. It was not enough of an annoyance to warrant a complaint to the front desk.
The breakfast was standard fare for free continental breakfasts at hotels. There was a heavy snowstorm the previous night and the person who typically prepared breakfast was not able to get to work due to road conditions. However, the manager on duty worked diligently to make sure that everyone had breakfast available to them in a timely manner.

United States of AmericaThis location was staffing problems which affected some things. My room wasn't ready for 3 hours after check in, and the staff had difficulty keeping up with refilling some food items and coffee at breakfast the next morning. The pool was also not very clean.
The room itself was comfortable and a perfect size and setup for 3 adults and 2 children. The staff was exceedingly friendly!

So quiet! Not set right on the road, so the car sound was faint. The staff were super friendly. I traveled alone and felt safe.

Hall carpet is filthy. Makes a bad impression. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only had 2 towels in room for 2 people. All in all I would return and I would recommend. Breakfast was an added bonus. Really enjoyed. Gal at the fest was extremely professional.
