Pool chemicals could been placed in pool during hours not open at night. And wish there was second TV in room instead having to share it with kids on couch side.

The heated pool was nice in cold weather. The free breakfast was awesome. Facility had friendly staff. Room was clean!

The smoke alarm continually flashed blue and when I was in bed was when it was the most visible.

I have stayed here a few times now and from the staff to the room comfort and location it has continued to be a great experience.

Very tight. TV at awkward angle for both areas. Went to breakfast at 6:30. Eggs and sausage were cold. Bathroom door directly across from beds. You wake the other person when you get up at night.

We couldn't get the air to work exactly right. We then realized it may have been an issue with the unit itself after moving to the new room.

The staff was very nice. On our last night we got in late and the TV wasn't working. No one would answer the repair number the front desk provided, so they moved us to a new room. We also like that complimentary bottle water was provided all day.

The pool was very, very cold and it was impossible to stay in it.

Water pressure in the room was non existent, that was the biggest issue. To the point where it made it hard to shower.

We had a room with a kind and a trundle, when we requested bedding they only provided two sheets. When I inquired about additional bedding they stated they had none, and they weren’t sure where they went.

There was what looked to be vomit on the wall of the elevator. The front desk was very prompt in notifying housekeeping, however for sanitary purposes the elevator should have been taken out of service as she said she was aware of the issue already when we reported to her. She was very kind and professional and apologetic.

The lication was good and the room was very clean. The continental breakfast was great- the kids loved it. Fitness center was very clean.

I don’t like the glass panel door on the bathroom. if you use the light at night to go to the bathroom it lights up the entire room. There was definitely some wear and tear showing at this hotel. the shower didn’t work properly and the tub didn’t drain well. The elevated rate for 2 of the days of my stay made this a poor value.

I always like the space in Springhill suites rooms. this particular hotel had nice decor in the common areas and a bar as well.

Upon check in we couldn’t get a valid key for the room. After having one programmed to the room it only worked initially during the stay. I had to request a key on day 2. Day one the key did not work to enter the fitness center which was a primary consideration for staying at this location.

property was fine. walking in. young lady that greeted us was unfriendly and breakfast host was very pushy. we had 2 wash cloths our first day. the 2 nd day we was told they was out and would deliver more. but when they did there was still no wash cloths. one hand towel and one bath towel for the 2nd day for 2 people. Third day we ask for wash cloths and towels and told them this was our 3rd day. lady finally gave us a couple of each. third day our bedding was never changed the whole 4 days we was there. while we was out someone come in and gathered towels only. the breakfast butler was very rude each and every morning pushing his way in beside you closing lids before the next person could get their food.
