The pool was great. The bar tender was nice just a little drink before bed. Breakfast was excellent. The line for the waffles was not good. We never made it. I waited three times in line and couldn’t get a waffle for my granddaughter, but there were so many other options. We found something.

We had some issues with using our debit card. I would recommend anyone using a hotel to only use credit cards.

Great location for my work conference. Staff were friendly to our pets. Hotel was clean.

For such a nice place, we found it highly unusual that the (pretty decent) breakfast was served up on paper plates and with plastic cutlery. You would think that a place as nice as this would not get this wrong.

The hotel was clean, comfortable the the room was enormous. Very clean and comfortable with a pleasant lobby area and a very nicely appointed pool area. The location was perfect, not far from International Drive and within walking distance to the Mall at Millenia which is one of the nicer US malls with a very good selection of restaurants, bars and cafeterias. Staff were professional and friendly.

That we didn’t book a longer stay!

The property was amazing and the rooms ans amenities are top tier! SUPER clean, the best staff and just perfect. The pool is heated which is always a plus! My kids loved it and we had a blast ! I really like that it’s easily accessible but tucked away from traffic ! Decent driving distance from all attractions. Will definitely be back!

EVERYTHING WAS IMPECCABLE!!!

This was a spring break for my daughter but also an opportunity for me and my daughter to bond as mother and daughter. She’s graduating high school and this was a nice getaway from home. We did not do the theme parks, we did what the local people do, it was a fresh of breath air to come back to our room after a long day of exploring the area and have our beds made, floors vacuumed, bathroom cleaned, waste basket emptied every single day. We had even started calling the hotel, home. This hotel is easily a 5 STAR!!!!!

There are not variations to eat for breakfast

The room is very comfortable, ideal size to accommodate 4 people and the fact that I can walk to Millenia Mall in a few minutes is amazing!

There wasn't a liner in the garbage can in the bathroom but other than that little minor detail...nothing

The gentleman man whom checked us in was so sweet and very accommodating in getting us a room on the first floor with a child whom has special needs.

Love how spacious my double room was. The room had a sitting section with a pullout couch / desk for work, a large bathroom, and a large walk in closet. I've never stayed at Springhill suites before but I can definitely say I appreciated the microwave in the room! FYI, the Residence Inn suites are in the same hotel which I though was pretty cool (just different sides of the floor). I enjoyed that I could stay in the SpringHill suites but still be on the same floor as my sisters who stayed at the Residence Inn (they have children and appreciated the full kitchenette on that side of the hotel). Breakfast was good though it can get crowded.
