The girl at check in could be a little more upbeat or smiley. A smile goes a long way. That’s me being picky. Oh and the pet fee is pricey. My dog is trained so he didn’t do any damage to the room and the price wasn’t posted on their site. The fee was $140 including tax for my 3 night day stay.

Everything was great except we did have one night where the people above us stayed up all night were dropping things here and there, it was impossible to sleep. The hotel did not seem full so we should’ve been put on the third floor ourselves bc we were scheduled to be there for three nights. They should anticipate where to put ppl ahead of time so issues like these don’t arise.

The property was in good condition, very clean and felt pretty up to date.

One shower slider door ( the one that you should use ) was pretty much stuck solid. Also the lower shelf ( 2.5 ft long ) in the shower was broken and hanging. How could anybody miss that situation ?.

Pool was closed, and that was one of our requirements! Were told we could have used neighbouring pool but didn't want the inconvenience! Believe it would have been courteous to inform us of pool closure before our stay.

Homeless man came in to take breakfast a couple of times. This made the guests extremely uncomfortable and guests stopped having breakfast. The poor female staff tried to ask him to leave but in vain. Hotel should have security guards on duty like other hotels. The presence of Homeless at the hotel is a major deterrent to staying at this hotel in the future

The limited parking in front of the building concerned me one night I had to park in an area that was rather dark, and as a single traveler, I would have preferred to park in lighted parking.

It was easily accessible to freeways, eateries, shopping locations, etc.

There seemed to be some insects living behind the lighted mirror in the bathroom (203). There would be black specks on the counter. I’d wipe it off in the morning and afternoon but there more specks occurred. I reported it when we checked out.

I loved the friendly staff. They were just so happy and very nice and courteous . It makes a big difference when traveling to be greeted so nicely. Also breakfast was great! Fresh and lots to choose from

Options of chicken and turkey sausage needed in the breakfast. As we don’t eat any pork or beef. Sugar free syrup and less sugary muffins/ scones / Danish would have been appreciated, for people like myself having diabetes.

Lots of fresh options available in the breakfast . Coffee was a good quality. The quality of food was great.
