The shower room is very small in Room 500. The drain emptied slowly. The hideabed sofa is so deep, we had to put pillows behind us to sit up at the edge of it rather than slouching. Would have been nice to enjoy our breakfast outdoors, since the weather was so nice. Also would have been nice to be able to sit by the pool, but it was off-limits due to construction on the front entryway.

It was spacious (except the shower room), comfortable, and quiet. The hotel has a nice exercise room. The full breakfast bar had much to offer and even gluten free items!

If it is necessary to point out what needs to be improved, it is that the hotel can consider upgrading the TV in the room. Nowadays, TVs are also enough. It would be better to upgrade them to 43-inch or 55-inch ultra-thin TVs. These changes can enhance the sense of technology in the room.

The biggest feature of this hotel is that it is very clean. After entering the room, it can be seen that the facilities have been used for a period of time, but they are still very new. They are very clean. After careful examination, no stains were found. The style of the TV is not new, but when used with a set-top box, it has a high fluency. The mattress is soft and long enough. The height of the pillow is also satisfactory. The writing desk is very long, and the chair is easy to move. This one-bedroom suite can actually accommodate 6 people under the condition of efficient use of space. So the price is very acceptable. You can find everything you need in the room. The staff here are very friendly.

Sringhill Suites was a VIBE! I came from out of state to San Antonio to celebrate my birthday & From the time I arrived to the last day of my stay was outstanding. Maraven, Sarah, Mari & Priscilla were the ladies that I interacted with the most and they did not disappoint. They even went so far to help my man plan a romantic, beautiful surprise for my birthday but helping him with setting up our room while we were out.... Omg it was the most beautiful experience! They gave us the best recommendation to placed to eat, hang out and just simply enjoy our time in San Antonio. The facility was under construction but never once did I notice or did it impact our experience. The place was nice, clean and very well kept. They had delicious complimentary breakfast and were very tentative. I am definitely making another trip to San Antonio and I will be staying here. Thank you again to Maraven, Sarah, Mari and Priscilla for providing us with an unforgettable experience. They made it so much more special for my love and I!!

The elevators are dreadfully slow. As in, take the stairs. There are staircases on both ends of the hallway. Choose a favorite and skip the loooong elevator wait. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

The room, hotel, and staff were excellent. Quiet, comfortable, felt safe inside. Good location, clean sheets, nice pillows, everything worked well. Will definitely stay again. Thank you,

Whole milk at breakfast was a little hard to find, and the lighting in the room was a bit dark.
