To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaMy only complaint would be the continental breakfast. The food seemed very low quality and poorly made. I understand I shouldn’t expect much with free continental breakfast but considering the rest of the facilities were amazing and the Bayfront location, I expected a little bit better.
My boyfriend loved the location right on the bay. The view from our corner King suite was stunning day and night! Beds were extremely comfortable, it was so hard for us to leave them every morning. The front desk staff were super friendly and polite and made the stay even more enjoyable!

United States of AmericaThe parking ($42 for our stay) and the rooms are not directly connected. You'll need to transfer on the 5th floor and take another elevator in the patio. Bathroom uses sliding door and has no lock. But it won't be a big problem for families. No complimentary bottled water is sth we didn't expect. They are available for $6 each.
The location is perfect! You can park there and walk to USS Midway and other areas, or take other transportations at Santa Fe Station. The room is very clean, with pretty good view (no bathtub though). Complimentary breakfast (but no complimentary bottled water in the room). Check in was easy and fast. Parking fee ($42) is not included in the room charge but it's common in the area, plus it's close to many attractions so we think it's worth it. We would definitely recommend it!

Hong KongThe elevators were always full and frequently involved a long wait. Dogs should be banned. One morning I saw a dog turd in the corridor on Level 15 when I went to breakfast . It was removed before I returned.
The hotel location is excellent, with great harbour views from our room. The room was large, modern and very clean. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room was too small to accommodate all the guests. We had an enjoyable Thanksgiving dinner in the outdoor restaurant on Level 5,
